Purchased 2 tickets at the Brownsville Greyhound Bus Station to San Antonio several weeks before date of departure. Paid extra to reserve both seats. On the morning of the trip, I received a text message indicating my booking had to be changed and was given a voucher for $37. Immediately, I called company's 1-800 number only to be told that the person who purchased the tickets cancelled the trip. Never cancelled. I booked tickets well in advance because of a medical appointment I have the next day. Only recourse: I was told to fill out a complaint form that can be found on their website . I did not cancel, lost most of the money, and had to purchase tickets on Omnibus in order to keep my appointment the next day. If I did not cancel my tickets, then who did? Why is the local Greyhound's number not posted? Greyhound made extra funds and left me hanging. Has anyone else experienced this problem?

Bus driver Pablo Sánchez acted arrogant, lacked empathy and was very inconsiderate. He acted like he owned this public transportation. The situation I endured with this man will be escalated to his supervisors and above if necessary. He made my horrible experience worse by the behavior he had towards me. No customer should be disrespected and endure such a bad experience the way I did because of this man.

I went to pick up my friend at the Greyhound bus station and they didn't have the gate to pick up my friend they had her waiting by the curbside where the buses park to unload, instead of opening the gate so they can pick her up in a safety parking lot zone. Where we can be in a safe loading and unloading zone area. Instead they had the place closed to the public to pick up their loved ones.

I went to pick up my friend at 3 am and the gates were closed to pick her up I kept going in n circles and no where to get to her I had to pick her up on the side of the bus parking spaces. That's not every safe with bus coming in to park. When they have a parking lot to be safe enough to lift they're loved ones.

Beware!! Shame on greyhound! This bus line has been around for ages and you would think they would take care of their passengers. We missed our bus because they arrived late! They would not give us a refund or reschedule our ride! This left my son out of 125dollars and no place to stay for the night in a town he doesn’t know. We purchased another ticket for 158 dollars and he is currently outside in 24 degree cold waiting on a bus that should have arrived 40 minutes ago! Their employee was lacking empathy and was very rude when we explained that he missed his bus they offer no kind of help to remedy the situation and they are charging airline ticket prices. When I tried to cancel the other ticket we had already purchased round trip it was 75 dollar (on the way back)I was going to cancel it so we could drive the 10 hours to pick my son up but they would only offer to refund34 dollars!mind you I was cancelling 4 days in advanced! this was after keeping our 125 dollars for a missed bus! So I ended up purchasing this ticket where he is now stranded outside waiting on a bus that should have showed up 40 mins ago! This is unbelievable coming from greyhound who has been around for years they should be takin on care of passengers better than this next time we will use espresso or any other bus line they have really become garbage over priced and stealing a hard working peoples money . People do not throw away your money here for trips closer than 12 hours your Bette en off buyin a bus ticket or using expresso bus lines because they get t here re faster and they have better customer service I am reporting to BBB

Brownsville TX station gave poor information. Did not inform me that the terminal shuts down at a certain time. Security was rude and would not even look at the ticket I purchased. Security accused me of being drunk and threatened to have me arrested. Corpus Christi station was helpful and polite. Maybe Greyhound should train personnel at Brownsville station on treating customers better.

I woke up late called to see if I could reschedule my booking unfortunately no one answered prior to that I had called the front desk at greyhound bus station told the female clerk that answered that I'd be running late she said well you have to be here before 9;45 am cuz it leaves exactly at that time which is why I didn't show up after all only to find out afterwards that the bus didn't arrive until 9:56 am and left at about 10:03 am if I would have still gone to check it out for myself instead of just taking her word for it as I had someone who was going to give me a ride i probably would have made it before it even left as it left 25 minutes after the supposed departure time it was supposed to leave at how do I know this? because of the app that tracks the bus
