Cool new looking park with reasonable sized concrete paths and modern/interesting swing benches and rope playground-ish area. Liked a lot how this was connected to other parks near it so you could tack on and get a nice walk in. Sort of wish the concrete paths could be a little wider to accommodate people with big families or dogs that they don’t pull towards them. By starting at Silo Park and walking toward here, you can get over two miles by the time you walk back.

A great little oasis in the city, G.V. Park packs a lot of adventure, views and exploration into a small area, with something for all ages. The hardscaping and plantings are well thought out with native and xeriscape plants, meandering paths adjacent to the creek, and over-water stepping stones; paths lead to a hill climb where the payoff is great vistas of the surrounding area and sunsets while relaxing in one of several bench swings. It's a great place to run or walk circuits or relax by the creek in a lounge chair.

Gorgeous, brand new landscaped park in the middle of suburbia that connects to the parks just north. Absolutely well done, can't wait to see all the trees and various flowers grow. Lots of fun sitting areas with swing benches, lounge chairs facing the sunset, and a playground.

Newly landscaped with extremely sculpted hills, planting beds, trails, steps, playground, swinging benches, drinking fountain, and picnic tables. Several loops through the landscaping along Goldsmith Gulch Creek that are nice for brief exercise and dog walking.

Was initially very excited seeing this park being built up, but shortly after it was finished i could not walk my dogs there. There were homeless and what appeared to possibly have been drug addicts sleeping in the middle of the day by the seating and pond path areas. I would recommend avoiding the area which sucks because this is an awesome little park and trail area that i’d walked during the finishing touches process.

A lovely area. It's more of a park than a playground but my children still had fun. I loved the view of the towers. My two year old twins didn't have as much playground material to work with but they still had a good time. Enjoying the fresh air and open space is fun within itself. My boys and I threw the football just having a peaceful time with smiles.

I was just at this park today with my son. I have been wanting to take him to this park ever since I saw that it was under construction. In my opinion this park is very boring and dull. My son who is 8 said "The best part was the swing benches". Knowing how Colorado summers are the metal parts they put on are going to be really HOT!! Not too much longer I can see homelessness druggies (fentanyl user) will soon be at this park because there are a lot of places for them to sleep. The reason why I say that is cause of how close it is to the RTD ARAPAHOE AT VILLAGE CENTER STATION. My son's dad has had some bad experiences at this station from having his things stolen and fentanyl being smoked in the elevators. He ended up knocking someone out when someone blew fentanyl at him. A great area for dogs and people on walks is the only positive thing to say about this park. The restroom is a handicap porter potty that is a distance away from the playground. The way the grass looked I couldn't see picnics happening but hey it's only the end of February and whose lawn looks perfect right now.
