Kamala gives bad vibes with her passive aggressive attitude. It's crazy the way she can make you feel bad with a smile.

Wonderful and helpful staff. I took my typing test here in Dec 2023. I got a decent score. I was able to use that typing certificate and land an Office Technician job with the State of California in May 2024. Thank you for your assistance.

DO NOT GO HERE FOR TRUCKING GRANTS! I’ve been trying to get a grant from here since December 2023! All they do is beat around the bush. Never pick up their phones calls and ignore you. My first job couch Trinicia Scott told me that I got into the program and should receive a email. I never received that email. Then they move her to a different position or she changed jobs I don’t know what happened and I got a new job coach Dr.Del Meka Wyatt. For some reason the process needed to start over and it’s been almost 2 months after she filed there is no updates. They also made me do a research project about the school. Upon completion they tell me I didn’t need to do it! I’ve been calling her and leaving voicemails asking for an update. I’ve been ignored for 3 weeks. But then I called the trucking school I wanted to go to and they said the process usually takes less than a month. For me it’s been taking 6 months! I’m in a time of need and movitadted to start a new career in trucking, I’ve been calling weekly, I’ve driven there multiple times to meet in person to no avail. For a place thats there to help you get a profession there is little to no professionalism. Will update this review if anything changes.

Extremely horrible service. I was really in need to find a job and they wasted 3 month of my time with false promises and poor communication. Their job is to place people in their respective workforce as quickly as possible. But sadly, this is not the case.

This is a underserved community and it was hard for me to find this in Google maps. This is only listed as a bank address. Terrible.

They offer resume writing classes and classes on interviewing styles which would be very helpful if there was not a big distraction. A man gets on screen named Ronnie but he cross dresses as a woman "Connie", and acts ghetto. I understand he's trying to prove a point about different interviewing styles however it's offensive and degrading to Black woman, to have a man on screen cross dressing like a woman acting ghetto. I personally feel their training style could be enhanced with professionalism.

Expeditiously, couldn't even imagine the world without the words. A kaotic environment nonetheless, ruthlessness and a tradition of piracy at it's best.

I'm disappointed the employment counselor asked me to fill out ten pages. I emailed them back, and have yet to receive a call back. Sacramento Urban League was a referral. I pray Martin Luther King see's their supportive nature. God Bless.
