I have only spoken to them on the phone but they were very very helpful with what I was looking for. I unfortunately was looking for pain whatever which was a investment company and they are no longer in business they were bought out by UBS... But nonetheless they were able to give me a phone number for someone I could talk to I'll just put it in simple terms I miss Ohio and I miss Akron. They never cease to amaze me friendly helpful always want to make sure that they provide you with the best possible service.

I’ll be honest this organization was 100% on top of the COVID-19 crisis. The first round didn’t work out well for me. After the 1st round they sent out a survey. I had little to no expectation that the survey would even be looked at. To my surprise I was contacted directly by Gregg. He generally wanted to hear from me. He did explain that another round was going to happen. He could not promise anything. However the fact that my survey was looked at and I received a phone call was professional and promising.

Round 2 worked out for me. With the help from Heather made the process easy going with little to no stress. Communication between Heather and Greg was the best I’ve ever experienced with Government or local municipalities I’ve ever had.

Again a super big Thanks to Heather and Greg. And I’m almost certain I should be thanking the rest of the team with in the Chamber as well.

I know my grammar, punctuation, spelling is terrible and I have run on sentences etc.
