I've been to a few services now. The rest of my family has been to more than I. We*all* feel welcomed and well tended to. Music is great, community groups are abundant, outreach is deep. Thanks for being a part of the Frisco & larger community, GAUM.

This church teaches progressive Christianity, which means they teach what THEY believe without any Orthodox understanding of the last 2000 years of church tradition. Go to the their "what we believe" section and see for yourself the lack of biblical understanding of salvation, faith, repentance, and commands by Jesus and his apostles. Jesus is Lord, the truth and the light, no one comes to father accept through him. Repent and believe in the gospel.

All of these people leaving one star reviews because of hate are not what the Bible ever taught. It’s very sad to see “Christian’s” who believe in hate and spreading a hateful message. I’m so sorry to anyone who reads these reviews and feels empowered by hate. My God and your God are two different people.

I strongly believe all the bad reviews are from people who are extremely homophobic & bigoted 😊. Because this church doesn’t shun them away
They hate to see that they preach that god loves all and not just a certain type of person.

A wonderful and welcoming place. If you are searching for a church that follows the most important teachings of Christ through the Beatitudes, you will find it at Grace Avenue. There is no scripture more important than the words directly from Christ.

My first visit to Grace Avenue UMC in Frisco was incredible! I attended a special showing of "1946" - a very thorough documentary about the mistranslation of the bible - and felt incredibly welcomed. The entire staff at GAUMC were exceptionally hospitable. THANK YOU!
