To much complaints to even began. Already in reviews, so your aware.. My questions are how much does CEO and upper management make?I suggest pay cut at the top would help maintain lower prices, If you really wanted to help.

I use to love shopping at this Goodwill when it was actually clean, stocked well with good merchandise and clean. What has happened lately? Prices are outrageous now, selection is trash and the bathrooms lately have been absolutely disgusting. What a loss. I will no longer be donating here.

I’ve had a couple good finds at this Goodwill store, there’s definitely more clothes to choose and shoes from than most other goodwill stores but there’s not as much in the way of home goods so there’s a trade off but all in all it’s a good thrift store.

Why is there no sign on Manchester, TN Goodwill to inform customers why they closed earlier today? We drove a good distance. Creepy customers service today.

Right off interstate for a quick pit stop at Goodwill. Clean and well organized goodwill, plenty of clothing and especially shoes, limited with furniture, plenty of parking, and good customer service.

SUCH a great goodwill location. So clean and spacious and amazing selection of clothes. The staff is also great! Brandon was so friendly and helpful! Maybe my best goodwill experience ever

Overpriced and seems like bad work environment. A cashier also talked more than she worked. Walked out without buying my items because of the line. She seemed to gossip the whole time I was there. I feel for her co workers dealing with that drama

Went to buy a shirt. They would not sell to me because it wasn't tagged. I even offered $5 for it, which was way over price. Still NO!! These items are given to them free. I didn't see a problem with me offering $5. Will not be back most stuff is over priced anyways. Please stop donating to goodwill. There are churches and other organizations that will happily take and give back to the community.
