They have 2 perfectly usable dressing rooms that are kept closed. I ask the clerk, "How do I know if these clothes fit if I can't try them on?" . She replies, "You can try them on at home and then return them for store credit". This is supposed to be a charitable organization, and yet they treat customers with such a clear lack of compassion.

I keep being impressed by employees at the Russellville Goodwill. Recently of note are DYCIE who is always attentive, hardworking, and she really knows how to increase sales! Haha. Several times she has brought to my attention other items that match a set or etc. Also LIBBY works in wares and I love it that she stacks the books in the blues where a customer can see titles. This makes everything more efficient and being a book lover I then know something might be put out I would love. Also there is MICHAEL who has gotten me carts when needed and is just really attentive to customers needs and is so helpful, as is JONATHAN, WENDY etc
At the register EMILY holds everything together and is excellent along with PEGGY. All in all so many makes this store run well headed up by a wonderful manager LISA. There are many more team players and thanks to you all. Thanks Goodwill!

No fitting rooms. You can purchase and return for store credit if tags are still on. Goodwill in general has an exploitative history and this store in particular is set up to primarily benefit those who already have resources.

Stop taking advantage of low-income members of our community. Open the fitting rooms or allow cash returns.

I haven't shopped this Goodwill Store in a year. The changes in the store layout made shopping enjoyable. The staff were friendly and helpful. I found a swim top for under $4 that sells for $39 new. They have a nice selection of houseware items, dvds, clothes, and shoes. I will definitely be back.

Cashier refused to sell a shirt and adult diapers for my pregnant wife because the items were missing price tags because "they were too busy." We purchased another package of the diapers that did have a price tag, because "that's not how their system works"

I have shopped at this store several times. A while back they closed the fitting rooms so you cannot try anything on before purchasing. I get it people steal. The prices on some things are a little high....but okay if you don't want to pay it then don't. Today though I was browsing through and had a couple of shirts I was going to buy but then I heard two statements that made me put the shirts down and leave. The first was a customer that stated "$50, oh no." Followed by a worker who while strutting through the store to the back room stated "well they're $150 if you buy one brand new." I could go off in a hundred different directions on what's wrong with that. Starting with if a person really cared about buying one brand new, whatever "it" was, they wouldn't be shopping in a Goodwill store where everything is donated. I don't think I'll return to this store..
