Really tiny thrift store but was greeted with a big smile and welcome, and walked out with 2 books 1 minute later.

Honestly rude staff. Get over yourselves. People who are donating shouldn’t be treated so obnoxiously.

This Goodwill locations USED to be such a beautiful boutique-like experience maintained by conscience, customer oriented employees who displayed the items beautifully on the shelfs, even color coordinating for the most part. Quality items for sale USED to be the primary items on the shelfs. As a regular customer, I looked forward to my treasure hunts and thus paid the higher prices. Now, this location looks and smells like the average swap meet type Goodwill except with outrageous retail or above retail prices for mostly ordinary items and different employees who appear not to give much credence to decor or customer oriented service. For this last entire year, I given it a chance since the location is on my walking route, but each time I am in and out of there in under 3 minutes, literallly. Where are all the treasures typically donated by La Canada and Montrose residents?

Very few books. This goodwill is mostly a donation center. There are only a few books and a small merchandise area. The items in the shop are high-quality and the people are friendly. The only small complaint that I have about the shop is that the books are arranged by color. While this is a visually pleasing choice, it makes it almost impossible to find a book.

I used to love coming here.. It’s not as clean and organized as it used to be… Also the prices are nuts.. it’s best to come on a Thursday or find specific tags of the week…

Super sad. This location removed 90 percent of the books plus all children's toys and books. It's now a boutique that reminds me of TJ Maxx. Big fail Goodwill. We came for the BOOKS!
