Great place to donate to, I do it often. The people are really nice here they always welcome you to the store. I like to look around when I donate. So when I get rid of 10 items I can buy 2 items that keeps me from cluttering up my crib. Yes I’m old school, you don’t have to pay here as much as the other stores charge and the donation here does really good things for real people with real life issues.

I was in the store shopping and heard a couple with a crying little girl ask to use the restroom. Now I understand no public restroom (or out of order as apparently both are here today) but when the couple explained they would have to leave their unpurchased items as they were not allowed to use the restroom, the associate actually told them to use the bathroom at home. The gentleman (customer) said she is a little girl who needs the restroom, we cannot drive home (and somehow he didn’t get rude). Wow! That is some awful customer service. I mean again, one thing to not allow use or have them out of order but to state this.

You should stop by and check it out! Really great thrift store to find treasures. Every section was fully stocked with items. The employees were quick to help with any questions. Fun place!

The selection is fair, could use better organization. I noticed the sizes are all mixed up. Product quality is not too bad, . everything is clean and in good repair. Monday is senior citizen day, otherwise normal color percentage of discount. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

I become more and more disappointed every time I walk into the Oak Ridge Goodwill. The store looks dirty and the items they display are junk. I picked up two items that the original price was still on them. The Goodwill price was more expensive. I took the item to the checkout desk asked the lady if she was the manager. The lady very rudely said she was not. That the manager was in the back and she stated that she was unable to change the price as the sign stated on the front of the desk. She did not offer to call to the back on the phone to get the manager, walk to the back to get the manager. She did NOTHING other than be very rude!!! This was 10/11/21

I’ve always loved oak ridge goodwill. My last few visits I’ve hit the jackpot! They have totally improved since the last time I’ve been and I’m totally impressed! My only complaint is I miss the music playing on the radio and I wish fitting rooms would open back up pleasee but besides that I love this store.
