I check this place out a couple times a week & I must say, it's always good each time. There's great finds. Good prices, each time I need something I tend to get lucky & get exactly what I'm looking for. It's stocked, easy to find stuff. I feel like they can have a wider book selection but other than that I like coming to this store. They take donations too!

Standard goodwill, some pretty good outdoor clothing finds. Prices a little high (sweatshirts about 10) but that’s about usual these days. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and well organized

Store manager adds shipping costs to furniture and large items. You're there and it's local but you'll pay a bit extra for it. Couldn't believe what I was hearing when I heard it. Good luck though I won't be buying from goodwill anymore. They make 100% profit on these locally donated stuff. I don't think they should be able to Google anything. I've been noticing a lot of there items are exactly half off the price on eBay. But at least look at what it would fit not this person wants it for $50 so imma make it $25 + $10 shipping.

This is my favorite Goodwill from San Rafael to Healdsburg. The store is big. It's clean and well organized and there are amazing things at incredible prices. Special thanks to the lead cashier Deb for always being friendly and helpful!

This place is a joke. First I find pants on a rack advertising they were $4.99 and they don't have a tag. But they were my size so I tried them on. They fit and would have worked for my new job. However when I ask the price I'm told $6.99.I said sir these came from that rack labeled $4.99. He begins to argue with me then tells me I probably removed the tag then he goes to the dressing room I came out of. I said excuse you. Then the manager tells me they are boutique pants and that if I want them they are $6.99 and the sign doesn't matter. I am like whoa. First let's mention false advertising illegal...then lack of customer service just plain rude and third it's a thrift store that gets items donated for free and is run by volunteers. And the cashier just wants to argue instead of sell the item in other words can't do his job right. Do not shop here!!

Super friendly staff from the front door greeter to the donation attendant. For the complaints about having to unload your own things into the bins this is obviously for COVID safety and no they cannot help you. This is for their safety as well as yours and should be respected. The alternative would to be closed completely. We should all be thankful 🙂

my mother and I were standing in line when the tag on my moms shirt literally fell off when she was getting it out of the buggy. My mom picked it up and told me in front of the register that the tag just fell off. I told my mom to tell the lady at the register and that it should be fine. Well my mom got to the register and started telling the lady that the tag fell off her shirt but the older lady working there immediately cut my mom off mid sentence and accused my mother of changing the price on the shirt and she would not accept the tag my mom handed her that was once previously attached to the shirt. She told my mom that she would either have to put the shirt back or pay full price on it because the tags are “secured pretty well” and “don’t just fall off”. Needless to say, we were not concerned of the price of the shirt and we were willing to pay however because she accused her of changing price, we just walked away buying nothing. They don’t even have the prices on the clothing, just colored plastic, so that isn’t well organized. Also they need to start having 2 people at the register to help with the line. Especially if the one person doing it is new to the job. Another lady before me got a pot that was labeled $1.89 and when she put it on the register the same older lady laughed and told her “no way that’s $1.89, it needs to be $9.89” and changed the price then and there. The lady buying the pot was very confused by what happened but didn’t say anything. CLEARLY though the pot HAD a label on it already marked $1.89. It’s a pot for crying out loud. She could’ve gotten a brand new one at Walmart for $9.89

I went to donate. They don't really take donations anymore. They want everything like new not dirty or used. I have about 200 puzzles that are all in great shape and all there but have been obviously used they wouldn't take them. They're puzzles for goodness sake.
