I couldn't wait to get home to give this review. I've never been in a thrift store before but I needed some slacks for the low for a wedding next month. First of all the people were lined up waiting for the store to open like the new Jordan's had just come out 😂😂 The store is very clean and neat! Organized very well. It was easy to find the section I was looking for. I saw a pair of slacks that a liked but to be sure I headed to the dressing room. A young man politely unlocked a room for me. The pants fit perfectly!!! I headed to checkout. My pants didn't have a price so I was a little anxious. Some isles have prices on the end cap for the whole isle and some items have color coded tags on them. The young lady at check was very nice and professional and explained everything to me. I knew thrift store shopping would be less expensive but I was totally shocked. 3 bucks for some mint condition slacks I couldn't be more happy with my purchase today! I even gave a donation so you know I was in a great mood 🤣

This is the first negative experience I've had here. My family has been coming here since my little ones have been born, but we won't be back unless the Manager Ebony gets let go. My kids and I had just gotten to the toys on the floor, as soon as they touched one Ebony walked by me and said it's policy kids cannot play with the toys. I thought she was joking. Kids are always in every goodwill I've ever been in playing with the toys. This is an incentive for parents to buy them. I asked for her manager, but he's on vacation. My girls were mortified and they handled it very well that we had to leave at that point. Very unprofessional, and I hope nobody else gets treated the way she treated us.

Today I wanted to try on some clothing but I couldn’t because I was told that the dressing rooms had closed early. The time was 6:45 pm, the store doesn’t close until 8:00 pm. I’ve been there when the dressing rooms closed at 7:00 pm and couldn’t understand why the dressing rooms had to close an hour before the store closed, but today they closed earlier than 7:00 pm. What’s up with that!!!! Don’t you want people to buy the merchandise?
Goodwill if you are going to close your dressing rooms that early (which doesn’t make much sense to me) at least have a sign posted or communicate that to the customers so that they will know and can plan accordingly as they shop.

Completely unhelpful manager. I called because a family member accidentally donated something of mine and all my questions were met with a basic "no," with no explanation. Not even an ounce of compassion that you're supposed to have as someone in the customer service field, and trust me I know because I also am. Terrible service.

The Manager, Ebony, and the exemplary employee, Carnisha Allsbrook make this shopping experience so rewarding, I often take visiting relatives and friends to snap up the valuable items in this well organised and Super clean Goodwill. I sincerely hope the Model Employees at this location receive appropriate rewards for their exceptional customer service. Not so much with the other Goodwill locations.

The cashiers Jen and Erica are the best! Every time I come here they always greet me with a positive attitude and give me the best fashion tips! This is my favorite goodwill I have encountered so far! Definitely recommend shopping here and very reasonable prices!

I really want to keep shopping here, but the prices just keep going up and up. I hate finding items here that are just the same as other places. It's really not thrifting when you are spending more for a used item than one you could get brand new.

In addition, at this particular location I was really looking forward to looking at books. I was happy to see the reorganization that made it so much easier to look at children's books. However, as I was looking through the books, an employee member stood five feet from me with her cart of items, staring at me and waiting for me to finish looking so she could work on the shelves. I wanted more time to look but felt very rushed and uncomfortable with her standing right there staring at me. It was a frustrating and embarrassing experience. Please allow your customers time to shop and don't rush us off just so you can put more things out. Especially when looking at books, it can take awhile! I like to take my time thrifting and find it relaxing but I only left with a few things because I felt so uncomfortable.

I didn't like the way the manager on duty came to me after I was already in the fitting room.

Someone else let me in the fitting room and the manager on the morning shift on 3/25 (young girl looked like she was in her mid 20s) came over to tell me 5 items or less. By that time I was almost finished trying on some of the items I wanted. Then she tells me where to hang the items I didn't want as if she didn't already see me putting items right there as she walked over towards me.

I asked for a discount on a mirror that came apart on the back. I wasn't expecting much of a discount but to not get one at all for an item that's supposed to come in one piece is what made me leave it right at the counter. The manager told me to just glue it together and that discounts aren't given. I could've glued it on myself but, that's something that should've been done before the item was placed on the shelf. Used items or not, the product should come in one piece. The manager also took my clothes off the hanger and handed it to me. She didn't bother folding any of it.

Aside from that the store is pretty decent. Manager on duty and her personality is unprofessional.
