Goodwill has always been a great place to get used clothes to used Furniture, job training assistance, transportation job opportunities in their corporate office and or their outlet store and or the thrift stores.

Very dissatisfied with the return process. I purchased cloths and was hesitant to buy them because the fitting rooms were closed. The cashier assure me I had 2 weeks to return them, implying it could be returned on card. I returned the item as as they didn't fit right and it came to 8.75. The cashier I returned to and supervisor didn't care at all and continued to work after the money was put on an in store credit. The return policy should have been better communicated at the time or purchase. If your are going to close the fitting rooms permanently, you should offer a return to cards and cash. Now I'm stuck with an in store credit that I don't even want to use because i feel taken advantage of through this process. $8 will not put your company out of business.

The storm canyon City has very nice workers they say hi to you all the time they smile except for one since the first day she started working there she never smiles she never says hi she's always got a sour puss on she never wears a blue vest you wouldn't think she works there she does not fit in with the other workers she to avoid customers like they got a disease you would have known she worked there if you needed help you would have known with that sour pusson all Goodwill workers are nice and polite I'm a disabled senior citizen I'm going there for years I stopped 2 months ago going I said hi to her once and she just walked away with that sour puss I don't know why supervisor high something like that she does not fit in with people

We order from goodwillfinds a lot most items are packed well , having a problem with one order that showed up broken. We have emailed customer service multiple times over the past month….. no answer no response at all!! Found a phone number for location it shipped from “ garden of the gods “ number is not working!! Called corporate in Colorado tried option 6 e-commerce not working, tried option 5 retail not working, no answer at any of the prompts all we need is a refund!!! ! It’s been 30 days with no response!

Still waiting for my refund for the items they sold me and canceled saying they don't have the items after they took my money..it's almost been a month and still no refund and not even responding to my messages..not cool

I ordered bulk costume jewelry from them online. I was appalled at what I received. Literally 90% trash, unwearable, broken garbage.The few bits that were usable were so badly tangled I had three people trying to undo the mess. I source my jewelry online all the time from several places and have never received anything like this. You should be ashamed... there was no " good will" intended here!

This place is the corporate/administrative office and houses programs such as voyages, possibilities, your life your way, and other uplifting community types. The staff is friendly and helpful. It does have a drop-off located at the building but does NOT have retail. Its a big part of where all the magic comes from.

If you’re having a bad day, try to remember that these people are trying to provide charitable resources to people who would otherwise have none. They’re volunteers and minimum wage workers and they’re working hard like everyone else. Try to be a bright spot in their day, give them a compliment. The smile you give them might put one on you too.
It is better to be kind than it is to be right, and when we you give love you feel Good!
