This warehouse and store is disgusting. You are buying products with rust and bugs in a facility where your stuff is stored AFTER donation.

I also heard a manager say: "We sell America's trash, we do, we sell America's trash."

"Why do the bugs come in this wall?"

"Because that wall is jenky, this whole place is jenky."

They continued to say: "Keep your shoes on I've worked here over a year and not once have I seen it mopped."

That's not where I would want to buy my stuff and especially not where I want to buy for my kids and family.

I have a video of bugs crawling on stuff but you have to draw the line of what you share somewhere...

This Goodwill is another one of many Goodwills that knowingly traffics in false claims and broken merchandise. How is it possible that they are allowed to exist as a business that sells broken donations under the guise of aiding the misfortunate & disabled for huge profits. This Goodwill has no phone number & misquotes "customer 100% satisfaction" on its reciptes.. Buyer beware. This Goodwill is bad news!!

Twice now I have gone to the drive through donation center after checking the hours. And both times now it's been closed and blocked off 11 mins early and 20 mins early... really aggravating! If indeed they have to stop taking donations in early to have time to close up, I understand but POST THAT ON YOUR WEBSITE !!

Work as a caregiver worst experience of my life. Management is causing more problems then fixing them, they won't give you full hours to avoid giving you benefits, Sara my manager act like a child, Aspen the head of HR totally ignored me when I told her I was being harassed by sara. They are supposed to drug test you before you start working but don't but if you get hurt on the job they do to avoid lawsuit. They purposely give you 39 hour to avoid giving you benefits. Don't waste your time here.

Poor management and lazy employees. They never say thanks or offer any water even when bringing good items. Today I went out of my way to donate and rolled up at 4:50 (sign and website says donations till 5) and they had already blocked the entrance and locked the door. I walked up to the window to see if I was mistaken and the lazy employee at the donation drive through was sitting in a chair adamantly shaking his head NOPE when I made eye contact and refused to open the door. He was just sitting in a chair waiting to leave before the shift is over. What kind of integrity does that portray? WHY bother going out of your way to give them nice things to sell?

I would say whole entire management sucks, 2nd of all items they sell at store are not broken, some people who go shopping there break some things, misplaced items around and having stuff on the floor, employees aren't to blame cuz I'm worked at Goodwill only at USAFA as well, I have been to every goodwill store when shopping there I've have watch shoppers behavior there very closely, I've seen them mistaken dropped them on accidentally but never inform them on broken items and so on. Most employees are good except the certain management they're the ones to blame, if yah gotta problem please speak with the to director or CEO about that instead of being silent about it cuz they need to know what's going on around here.

Terrible experience. I won and bought an item here (a pair of Bang & Olufsen speakers with stands) on July 29, 2021. Waited a few days (10 days to be exact) and never received a shipping confirmation & when I contacted them, they blame the pandemic for the delay. Most shopgoodwill has been shipping items out as soon as items are paid & the payment clears. On August 18, 2021, I received an email from this shopgoodwill asking me for a confirmation if I received the items I bought. I told them they never sent me a shipping update & why are they asking me the status of shipping as if I am supposed to know. What an incompetent bunch of people works here, first they said there will be a delay & then told me that they shipped it. They issued a full refund for their mistake but I really wanted those speakers. To this day, this shopgoodwill has never gave me an explanation what happened to the items I bought whether they were sent my items to someone else or one of their staff got greedy and decided to make more money by selling my items to another buyer who is willing to pay more that what I paid in the auction. This shopgoodwill marked the items shipped on August 18, 2021 but never provided a tracking number, so no one knows what happened to the Items I bought. Total waste of time.
