I went to this location as its closer to my home. Extremely rude older man just stared at me as I was getting my donations out of my car and then told me they didn't take wreaths. Nowhere is this listed on their Unacceptable Items. I went to another Goodwill and what do you know, they took the wreaths and were very helpful with unloading my stuff. I'll just drive the extra 20 minutes to avoid this terrible location with the lazy staff.

I'm not sure what the people leaving bad reviews are expecting. Goodwill has 2 purposes: give jobs to those that can't re-enter the workforce normally, and sell items for cheap. Since this location is only a donation center, the only purpose is to give jobs.

This center accepts donations and sorts them for sale at other locations. The fact that someone comes out front is just an occasional convenience.

Pull up, drop your stuff off, leave. If there isn't a cart, leave it on the sidewalk. I've never taken anything inside before.

The attendants aren't there for you. If you have a big item, you need to call ahead.

Never been to a goodwill where they said I couldn’t drop off my item because I had too much! & if I dropped off my stuff there would be no room for anyone else’s stuff but shouldn’t it be 1st come 1st available & that I should go somewhere else where there are more ppl to help me unload “aka” they lazy!!

The guy said he had a truck coming for 11am which was within 2 hrs so there shouldn’t have been an issue.

Great staff!
They’re great about coming out to meet me with the cart. Today, I accidentally mixed some things I had just bought in with my donation, and they actually took the time to look for (and find!) the items to return to me. It would have been so easy to claim that they had been taken away, or could have made me feel bad for requesting an item back, but they were super friendly and extremely helpful. So thank you to Goodwill Houston (where the phone number connects) and to all the people who took time to help me out!

As a entered the donation center there was an older male that looked to be "organizing" items. I said "hello" to him and he looked me in my face but refused to greet me. I returned with my donation items and as I pushed the cart into the door he says rudely, " you can leave them outside the door". As I'm leaving I say bye and he once again refuses to acknowldge me. I tried contacting the customer service office but I have yet to get an answer. I will keep longer give this location my service.

Once you park, they come out to assist you with bringing your items into the store. Not sure if all locations are like this but this is a great location.

If I can do zero I would. I tried to donate a bunch of items, but they said no. I don’t understand how goodwill can say no to donations there are people are in need for items and it was early in the day.

I was dropping off some items and the lady with the short orange hair cut need to quit she had a attitude like she didn’t want the clothes. She was dragging slow and her face said I really don’t want to be here hurry up. I wished I drop my clothes off to another location. That worker made me feel unwelcome.
