Horrible “management”. Bought some stuff at a goodwill in Austin. Returned 2 blouses & wanted to return 1 pair of heels. The “supervisor”, said you can try returning these (the heels) at the other location. Discriminating by thinking I changed the sticker onto other shoes just bc they were labeled as sneakers. How is that my fault? He then proceeded to explain my other return receipt quickly as if I were dumb. HORRIBLE.

Very clean store with a very nice staff. There are lots of deals at this location. The store is very big and parking is very convenient

Only 2 dressing rooms. Both of them are closed. For a goodwill this big, that's crazy.

I won't buy without trying on, so this is super inconvenient.

Lots of clothes, not much of other items. And prices seemed high.

If I can give a 0 I would, very unprofessional and rude as hell and manager Antonio is rude they would of got cuss out but I have more class then them thats why I don't shop there, I just go with my gma, damn yall

management is awful. how are you only going to schedule 1-2 employees on a saturday? These poor workers were working their butts off to get through a giant line and it looks like there’s no real management here. I hope this place can hire new management because it has a good selection and the employees are so friendly, they deserve better!

I love what they did at the Goodwill in San Marcos. I found this beautiful tunic and and some really pretty red sandals. I only spent $14 not bad for a beautiful tunic and really nice sandals

There is only one fitting room open at all times. They never open the second fitting room and they always claim they're short staffed. I've never seen another location do this. It's just used clothes, change your policy.
