I have the most pleasant experience here.
Douglas Walton, when I first met him was a great experience. Not only did he take the time to get to know me, he made my resume shine!!!! Now I work as a manager at a large firm overseeing about 34 employees.
Now I go to him and his coworkers to help me find employees for my site. They are wonderful to work with. I advise anyone looking for work to go to Goodwill Career Center, they will try there best to help you.

The people are nice. It’s a great concept. However, I had a class scheduled in September for “office productivity” the class was canceled, but no one bothered to call. I only found out once I arrived at 9am. They said it was due to the AC going out the day before. It would’ve been kind to call people attending the class and let them know.

Flash forward to a month later, signed up the next class. Called Monday to ensure the class was a go on Wednesday they said yes. On my way Wednesday (40 min drive) something told me to call, so I did. Person teaching the class wasn’t feeling good so it was canceled. They open at 8am. Class started at 9. So you knew an hour in advance and still didn’t bother to call the Individuals attending.

They did help us but the lady in the back that we talked to was a bit rude. I didn't like her tone of voice and she had snarky comments. Maybe, don't have a staffing agency in a town when there are no job openings available in said town?
