If I could give this facility zero stars I would. I’m travel cna from Jax fl and was giving a contract with this facility. From day one I was a target and I didn’t want to make it about race but being the only brown female on the team I feel I was a target from the start. I wasn’t properly trained or giving the “rules” of the facility as far as what is instructed to do on down time and instead of being corrected the facility ended my contract because they thought I wasn’t a good “fit”. I was off on Thursday they called my agency and told them I was a no call no show when my schedule had me off. I went to admin because based on a resident care plan there was negligence and ever since then I’ve been a target. I don’t recommend this facility for any travelers that are of my race. I documented everything. I was told I had to follow certain rules others didn’t because they were “a different position” by Ronnie. I documented everything even the negligence to my agency and that’s when this facility decided I wasn’t a good “fit” for that reason as well. This was my first out of state assignment and was eager and excited to provide patient care but this facility has other goals. Even if a local resident this would be the last place I’d bring a love one. Most of the reviews are from staff and current residents as stated from another reviewer.

Am a 10 year twin home resident now I'm in respite care in the assisted living and getting excellent care following a bad injury. The food is excellent, we have a chef nor just a cook. In respit.care I feel very well cared for.

I have been in dozens of assisted care facilities over recent decades. Good Samaritan Society - Estes Park Village is as good, if not better, than any of them. And none of the others compare to the location and construction of this home; it's really nice and the mountain views are spectacular. The staff is professional and courteous, and the standard of quality of care is high. This place has its own chef, and the food is delicious. I recommend it without reservation.

The very first time that I ever entered this campus, I was impressed and awed by the facility accommodations, the professional, caring, and friendly staff and the amazing, appreciative residents.

Upon leaving, I told one of the employees that some day I will be a part of this organization. Today, I can proudly say that I am an employee of Good Sam Estes Village and working daily with others to ensure that the residents feel that they are part of a family away from family. Compassion, honesty, love and caring ... it’s what we do!

My Mom lives in the independent living part of the facility in an apartment. My brother and I cannot say enough good things about Good Sam Estes Park. Neither of us lives in Estes, but we both have comfort knowing she is there. The apartments are beautiful, well maintained and the staff are very friendly, caring and helpful! It is a great environment and facility, all around.

The staff at good samaritan society is wonderful. They have to many activities to choose, the food is excellent and they have a good crew of housekeeping and maintenance.
