I had a great 1st time experience. The lady that took my call, and my information was very polite. With me currently being out of work due to some health problems it was awesome that they are a judge free environment. I appreciate the guy that loaded my car for me. I'm currently on a weight restriction, and unable to lift more than 10 lbs. He was extremely friendly. Today was very cold something like -10 degrees. Nothing can stop them from feeding the hungry. I thank you please stay warm. I appreciate everything that you guys are doing.

Very inefficient at the drive thru food line. I took a friend here who was in need . I watched as they allowed the li e to back up out into the streets. Thought maybe this was just a one time thing. A few weeks later my friend ask me for a ride again. I watched the exact same thing happen again. They could help so many more people if they had a way to streamline loading the cars. They have the people even call before getting in line. They are very appreciated for what they are doing. Just could do a little better

I've been coming here for a couple years now and they're always so helpful and nice. They're very kind people and they help me keep healthy very cheaply. They've recently done some remodeling and it's very festive!

My mother and I were treated different because of my skin, and there's people walking up cutting the line. There's 2 of us here and we could only get food for one. Bad service.

I called 5 minutes before arriving because last time I sat in the parking lot for an hour on hold and eventually it would hang up I never got through at all after waiting that long imagine being 38 weeks pregnant waiting that amount of time. I explained this to the receptionist the time I had to wait and that I was close and she wouldn’t take me, just to call back and end up being number 10 to wait all over again. Kind of tacky to me and not really empathic of peoples time.

I have been there multiple times this month and every time I call the phone hangs up after being on hold for 20 mins each time. I go inside to check in to be laughed and mocked at. The guy kept telling me to call the number but you can't because it KEEPS HANGING UP! This is extremely stressful when you have little kids in the car and just want food. The guy continued to laugh at me the whole time and it's already embarrassing enough. They either need to get new staff who are willing to help or work on the phone lines that have had problems for over a month!!!
