I regret getting a family membership. First the jets at the hot tube doesn't work, and back then kids were able to use it as long there was an adult with them, now that I finally had time to use it, I got screamed at in front of other people (embarrassing!) just because my daughter went in with me. Second, when I use to work for them they promise you a membership pass and I was always got charged. When I mentioned to them that I work for them they just gave me attitude,so I left. I'm just waiting for my membership to expire and go to other pools because this is ridiculous and I will NOT sent anyone or recommend this place ever again!
