My job conversed with Hollie (who left) then Elizabeth. We was able to Donate approximately 2500.00 -3000.00 in merchandise. Elizabeth to take a picture with us. We were not able to see the girls open their gifts. We understood why pictures could not be taken of the girls but Really? Elizabeth basically kept us in the hall, took the gifts & she never said thank you! I actually sent an email asking did the girls enjoy their things… no response. So unprofessional & just rude.
