Good things come in small packages! This is a small shop, but they had everything we were looking for and MUCH more. The woman working there was incredibly friendly and helpful. She grabbed everything I needed for my daughter who is just starting brownies before I could even pull up my shopping list on my phone and it was correct. She also helped us in finding the right size vest, without her help I would have bought one that was too small. We were in and out in under 10 minutes.

Oh where should I start to explain the disorganized, and chaotic mess that is the Girl Scouts? When I was growing up, this organization was a great thing to be apart of, what happened? Now it is just plain sad. Perhaps I could start with the parade the girls were in. To start we stood around for 5 HOURS and then finally led to the starting point. We finished the night by the parents/volunteers being screamed at by the troop leader, in charge of the parade, not only in front of random people passing by but in front of our children. What a great skill to teach out children, right?!
I could go on about how our troop leader tried conning us out of extra money for the cookies we sold stating it was for maintenance fees, or how when my daughter was able to sell over $3000 worth of cookies for the troop and she was told she was not allowed to do such a thing because it was not fair to the other girls and we ended up having to go back to everyone and hand them back their money and tell them we could not give them their cookies(according to miss troop leader not even the warehouse could help us), or even my favorite part that she would not recieve any badges she earned for selling cookies. No, I won't even go on about when I reached out to the regional manager and informed her about everything that happened with proof, she shrugged it off and said well sometimes these things happen. There are many other frustrating experiences I could provide, but what's the use?
This was suppose to be a fun, and positive experience for my daughter and turned into giving her a sense of discouragement. Save yourself the headache and frustration that will come by joining this organization. It will leave you frustrated and sick to your stomach.

Very disorganized organization. Coming in not knowing all the girl scout lingo and working hard to learn it, you'd think I'd get some praise. I was discriminated against and always treated poorly because I wasn't a girl scout. Their practices in this organization are shady and promote on the basis of your girl scout status, not your work ethic.

We signed up our daughter and after several attempts to get her assigned to a group, nothing came of it. We tried reaching out several time and have waited Months. I have contested the charge on my credit card for the membership fee. We are enrolling our daughter into Cub Scouts - BSA.

The girls were out selling cookies at the Walmart in Centennial last night as well as a few days ago; they asked nearly everyone but us if we wanted to buy cookies, looked us up and down while giggling or giving dirty looks (including their "moms"), being sure to pull each other and hurry past us while making sure we noticed. At one point we handed two girls---one a scout, one not--- two unicorn rings. The girl scout frowned and had to be told by her mom (with a tone of condecencion) to say thank you; the non girl scout's face lit up with genuine joy and sincere gratitude as she happily thanked me. We are Hispanic and new to Colorado, and given the fact that we have two family members who are former girl scouts, this is absolutely sickening to see the encouragement of such rude behavior and disregard when we know first hand that KINDNESS and compassion should be a priority. The little girl who was not a girl scout warmed our hearts and made it totally worth the gesture, however we will not be purchasing cookies as we promised to return to do nor from The Girl Scouts in Colorado ever. We do not believe in rewarding bad behavior, let alone poor ethics with money we are literally earning with our blood, sweat and tears to survive.

The lady was very helpful. Gave me the location and hours for the store that were selling. God Bless her. She went the extra mile. Got the runaround at the store.

Thanks for not posting on the web that you will be closed the Friday before Memorial Day. I even checked before leaving the house.
Drove an hour each way to get there only to find a piece of printer paper taped to the for staying closed for the holiday weekend.

This rating is based off of the parents that are out there or 1 in particular who is verbally aggressive and agrees to a sale then when time comes says oh im sorry i didnt pull what u wanted after all ill give you something else instead and calling me nasty names.....such poor parenting as well as gives you as a company in whole a bad taste.
