Took my three year-old son here on a day trip from Colorado Springs and he had the best time! 🫶🏼☺️

The animals here were so sweet and friendly and it makes for a really great place to take young kids to experience farm environment and meet a bunch of different animals 🐄🐓🦆

They had emus, llamas, horses, a whole lot of goats, sheep, your classic duck and chickens, and so much more! My son is especially loved their pony ♥️🐴

The entry fee is $7 a person and it’s $3 for a big red cup of feed for the animals (we paid in cash and didn’t get a chance to ask the lady if they take any form of electronic payments so do your own research prior)😊

The lady operating the whole place was so nice and sweet and I wish we could’ve spoken with her more but we came here on a very windy day (without meaning to, of course 😅) that conversations just weren’t gonna happen. My son still loved the roaming the farm though, despite being covered in dust after from all the wind 🌬️😆

I highly recommend this place to parents in the Colorado Springs (and surrounding areas!) looking for something hands-on to do with their animal-obsessed toddlers—we’ll definitely be back again soon! 😘

❕ Do note that the roads coming in here from the main road are unpaved so it’s going to be a bumpy ride and some vehicles might have issues with that 🤔 plenty of parking but the rough roads getting in. Be warned and come prepared. ❕

I definitely consider this place a hidden gem 💎 for family-friendly activities.

Very fun, with a wide variety of animals. The black Angus cow is particularly friendly, make sure you say hi to her. Definitely worth the drive, my daughter enjoyed petting the animals.

Great place to take your kids, my 18 month old loved feeding all animals and being able to touch them. We have been reading our LO books about farm animals, and now she was actually hear and see them all. Or animals were very friendly. The animals are well taken care of too. No appointment needed to go there

This is so worth the drive and the price is great! The owners are very sweet. My family had a blast feeding all the animals. They have tables so you can pack lunch and eat too.

I had the time of my life at this rescue ranch! The employees were incredibly kind and responsive to our questions, unlike the employees at the Ghost Town Museum. The animals were so incredibly cute, and I wish I was able to spend more time there!

Visited in July with my partner; owner is very friendly and approachable, just like these lovely rescue animals! Very much worth the trip for some hands on interaction with these precious beings!

This place totally rocks! So so many lovely animals on this property that made the visit interactive yet so fascinating. They take card or cash for entry and feeding cups. Everything is pretty spaced out, so even with many other people visiting it didn’t feel crowded at all. They do a great job taking care of all animals, and I arrived as a child’s birthday party was taking place so it’s very baby / children to adult friendly. Would definitely return, thank you all for what you do!
