Ginger and Baker is one of my favorite spots in Fort Collins, especially for brunch! The fact that they serve breakfast all day is a huge plus, and their food never disappoints—it’s consistently delicious. Their bakery is also outstanding, offering some of the best baked goods in town. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a meal. While it’s often crowded and there’s usually a bit of a wait, it’s absolutely worth it for the quality of the food and the overall experience. Highly recommend it for anyone in the area looking for a great dining spot!

Such a great place to enjoy your favorite comfort foods in a great atmosphere with outstanding service. The cooking classes look like a cool thing to do, the bakery is like something out of a fairy tale. I ate at the bar and enjoyed their chicken fried chicken with a beer. If you’re in Ft. Collins I’d highly recommend making your way over to Ginger & Baker!

We took our dad here for a special occasion and had a great customer service experience. The food was fine - a little overpriced for the taste and a little pretentious, but with the amazing atmosphere and view with our top class server, overall well worth the price we paid for our meal. We had a beautiful window table overlooking the area, and right around 6 PM, it was lovely to watch the sun go down as we ate with all the windows. We had a great time together. We appreciated the locally sourced ingredients and the tasty cocktails as well. I would recommend calling ahead to make a reservation if you’re looking to do dinner upstairs, and if you like alcohol with your meals, try the lemon drop!

The chicken pot pie, purchased to-go, had good flavor but way too much crust & tough chicken. It was very dough-y. Not worth $20+. For under $5, the KFC pie is much better tasting with a flaky crust. Pics 1-3 G&B. Pics 3&4 KFC. There is no pic 6 of KFC because I ate it all 🙂

We didn't eat this time, but I was absolutely blown away by the vibe in this place. Beautiful space. Wonderfully crafted menus on both levels, and team members who seemed like they loved being a part of it all. Had great conversations with Ryan behind the bar and Richard at the host stand. My wife and I are down in Longmont and don't get to Fort Collins often, but we are absolutely making the trip for dinner on date night sometime soon.

Lovely spot for a sit down brunch! We arrived on a Sunday at 11 and waited 30 mins for a table. While we waited, we grabbed a coffee at their cute cafe next stop and browsed their shop. The coffee was fine but pies looked amazing! For brunch I ordered the fall salad with chicken. The base was kale with butternut squash, cranberries, parm, and a delish vinaigrette. The salad was great but I was they removed the kale stems as it was hard to eat. Service could have been better but it was a busy Sunday. I definitely will be back to try their chicken pot pie!

Went here for breakfast Sunday morning. Sat at the bar since I was too inpatient to wait 20 minutes lol. Most places at 10:00 on a Sunday morning are an hour plus wait. 2 guys working behind the bar today was amazing. Coffee stayed full, wife's drink stayed full. It was a pleasure to be served by such great guys. Jesse and Ryan. Food was crazy good. Biscuits and gravy was the best in the Midwest. Bacon is thick. Eggs cooked just right. But this review is as much for bar tenders as well as the restaurant. Great job fellas.

An old friend was staying in Fort Collins so I decided to drive up from the Denver Metro area to meet him for lunch. Ginger and Baker was recommended by another friend that used to live in FC so we decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed.

The Ginger and Baker menu has some fascinating foods on it. My mind went back and forth between many items before I finally settled on a breakfast offering (at lunch time). The Breakfast Burrito was delicious. Based on the description I was concerned that it might come with too much goopy sauce but I was pleasantly surprised by the perfect blend of toppings and fillings. The portion was huge and I could not finish it all.

My friend opted for the burrito as well but started lunch with a squash soup which he said was sweet and satisfying.

The facility itself is nicely decorated and offers seating at the bar, tables and outside patio. It was a gorgeous day and we decided on the patio. This is the only area of criticism that I have. The patio was incredibly noisy. About half way through the meal and after asking my friend to constantly repeat themselves I wished that we’d sat inside. Trucks, trains, automobiles and motorcycles made for a constantly loud setting.

I will be heading back to Ginger and Baker the next time I am in Fort Collins to try some of the other interesting things on their menu.
