I've been working with Ms. Norris for a while now and can honestly say I am in a much better place. She is kind, a great listener, ask probing questions and assigns homework that has a way of keeping you focused on the challenge you are working on until your next visit. She is very patient, has empathy and passionate about her patients. I was hesitant about therapy, but she has a way of making you forget it's therapy and just letting it out.

Unprofessional. Has “office manager” ask intake questions about your disorder that are supposed to be asked in confidential sessions with her and if you get referred through Lyra it’s a whole process to get to somebody else.
