I applied for the Housing Choice Voucher. I received a letter stating my name had reached the top of the list and to respond by a certain date. When I responded to the letter I was initially told by Christina that I didn’t qualify bc someone in my home had to be disabled of a resident of Garfield County. I let her know that wasn’t correct and asked for a manager. I was then told by Yolonda the letter I received was a mistake and I had not reached the top of the list. How do y’all make a mistake with someone’s life like that. I will be reporting them to HUD, BBB and whoever else I need to for they’re careless and work tactics.

I have been communicating with Carmen about application process and she is always extremely rude. She does not answer questions and always sounds like she is reading from a script. I asked to speak with someone else, apparently this was not an option. This process is so stressful and questions are important and instead of answering gives you run around and says she is busy. More staff should be hired in that case. I am extremely disappointed, and have never had this much trouble.

Rather not, front desk receptionist does not seem to like her job. Not does she listen or care about people. Fax machine does not work either. One would think they would get this fixed.
