If I could give 0 stars, I would. Yvonne, she’s African American, and works towards the end so she can’t see people coming in, is the worst worker there. Her attitude sucks towards the public, but when it comes to her coworkers, she can be all smiles and laughing. I don’t care if I have 10 or 2 kids and I want to apply for food stamps or health insurance, it’s your jobs to be kind and help me with any and all services pertaining to. If she can’t help me, then get me someone who can, and if she doesn’t like her job, then she needs to get a new one. It’s the holidays and the first thing I’m greeted with is attitude from a grown woman whose job it is to import information. Maybe if she weren’t so worried about running back and forth to her car, she would have time and the adequate amount of energy to properly serve the public. I appreciate the manager whom I forgot her name who was able to help after the fact, but this office has really gone downhill ever since they just let anybody work here. I even inquired about a job there but if that’s what I have to look forward to, NO THANK YOU!

Another 1 star review! I wrote the one right under this one, and in return, they went it and started messing with my case. They took my son off my case so that I would be ineligible to receive benefits for him. This office is so backwards, I’m reporting them because that was completely inappropriate!

The customer service reps they have for 47130 suck tremendously and they all need to be reevaluated with more training. Every time I call , they “don’t know” or give me the run around. Why suggest something , when you don’t even know! If you want your day ruined , give them a call.

I went there for assistance with tanf but I over heard some rude comments about someone with "few brain cells" unsure of who they were speaking about, but completely inappropriate. Next time I will be asking them directly because the audacity is real. I suffer from symptoms of brain fog atm I'm figuring out what's going on with my health. It's sad someone can be working for the community and be so disrespectful idc who that comment was towards.
