I took my car in for service, 24 hours later I get a call from Mike saying it’s this and it’s about $2200 to fix I was a little hesitant because it was a week before Xmas. But we moved forward then I get a call saying they completed the job, but it’s still making the same noise smh. I went for the car and they gave me a list of things that it might be, I replaced all parts they recommended and still making the noise. Wow will not stand for people to profit from the cross nor will I recommend them to ANYONE

This newer housing development is one of the nicer ones to recently come up. The homes look well built and the one home I have been in lives up to the appearance. The homes are not spaced too close to each other which seems to be the new norm in recently built housing developments. The parks are just the right amount of space balanced with nicely manicured green areas. The area has a clean welcoming appearance. If I was in a position to move it would be high on my list to consider.

The parks in this location are beautiful and the houses are wonderfully built. However, there is a problem with soccer moms who think that they rule the neighborhood, and we have had a problem with a few kids messing up swings and such from the park. I think this is a wonderful place, however, especially since it is so close to a shopping center.

They seem rather nice. It's a relatively new development, as of the original time of writing. The area is undergoing some extensive growth, and no longer would one be "miles from civilization," so to speak, in the area (which could be a positive to some, or less than such for others).

The views from out here are unique when compared to other areas, as there's just a lot of space. Between the open areas, the Rocky Mountain National Arsenal, and convenient proximity to DIA, I would very much consider this area when looking into a home purchase. One specific detail about the general area worth noting, in my opinion, is the fact that this is often the single coldest sub-region in most of Denver Metro-- the early mornings can often hover a good 10-25℉ colder than when compared to Downtown, and even a few degrees colder than the airport, just a few miles east.

Overall, one can obtain much more home for the money in this area, which certainly makes it a nice option, in my opinion!

I grew up in this neighborhood and had a great experience. we first moved here in 2003 when there was hardly anyone else here. I've watched it grow from a tiny housing development, into a lively little town with all the amenities one could want.
