First time going about any of this, so I didn’t know the right procedure.
If you are heading here do not park in the parking lot you will be towed. Bring cash or a money order to register.

When I arrived I wasn’t told hello or felt welcomed. I was greeted with “What do you want”. I asked the man his name while he was being short with me. Instead of responding he pointed to a business card on his desk, when I got closer to read it he continued to point again. His name is Vic.
These people are here to help people but it didn’t feel that way. I felt that I was a bother. My encounter could’ve been a lot better and more informative.
I do not look forward to coming back to this place and hope I do not receive the same man handing my paperwork.

This is literally the most useless business there is. The people who came up with this idea are only greed driven. They do nothing but take money for no service provided. You'd think they would at least check and keep up with their cases but they don't even do that. So what service do they provide for $120? Nothing, not a single useful thing. I guess if you have no skills at all and offer nothing useful to society, then this would be the place to work.

THE most unhelpful lady I have encountered along this court process works in this office. The amount of times I heard "I don't know" from her, with absolutely zero direction on how to possibly resolve an issue, was her response can be counted on 2 hands, maybe even both feet. The lack of care about helping, or being anything that remotely resembles a resource of help, is to point that it's comical. I pray if you are to enter the office or call, you do not draw her as the one who "helps" you.

Let me just tell you about these people here, there caring and make sure to go out of there way to help you get your community service finished. They really helped me when I lost all hope because of crossfire ministries turning me down on all the beautiful blankets I made. There was nothing wrong with my blankets crossfire ministries were just being mean literally for absolutely no reason at all. Thank you front range community service.

The "president" Vic Jacob's was the most disrespectful and incompetent person i have ever dealt with throughout my legal process. Not only that but he was intoxicated to the point he could not read the paperwork and had an empty wine bottle trying to be hidden by his keyboard and mouse. Mind you this experience happened around 4pm. Absolutely ridiculous.

This is place is nothing what they say they are. When you read on their website “about us”, they say they help you understand the process, match you up with a place that works with your schedule, etc. I tried to ask questions and was cut off or the question was just ignored. Went in the man there said these are your choices. There were 3 choices. I told him I work full time and he said well you don’t say that but on the application says I have a job. They do not work with your work schedule and treat you very poorly. I would give them a negative star if I could. I understand I am not there for a good reason but I was not rude what so ever and have not had to do this before and don't understand the process and guess I don’t get to either.

This is by far the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL places I have ever had to deal with in my entire life. If you are treated unfairly as I was by Sam James or the other people in this establishment you too can file a grievance with our states attorney General. There is NO REASON for them to pick and choose who they "help" get restitution established and rectified. No one deserves to be treated in the way SAM James and the two other Hispanic employees treated me.
When asking for the legal documentation of completion he sent me a personal email. No letter head, no explaintion of completion and my employer terminated me as a result of not having proper documentation.
Thanks FRONT RANGE COMMUNITY SERVICE INC.
