My wife and stayed at the FL on Feb 24-26, 2025. I have been traveling to Frisco every Feb for approx. 15 years on annual ski trip and I have stayed at many hotels/motels in Frisco as a result. The FL is nice. It's quaint and charming. It's historical since 1885 and the architecture, building, decor and furniture all reflect that, and I appreciate it. There is free parking, breakfast and happy hour included, nothing wrong with that! Ref. the breakfast, the staff are young and speak broken english. They are working their arses off, but are overwhelmed with customers who, like ourselves, all show up for breakfast at 730 sharp! On 2 occasions, the staff forgot to put in the order for my wife's breakfast, not the end of the world but when you shell out $ 900 plus for 3 nights you'd expect more staff and better service to handle the breakfast rush. The room was clean, small and nice, but a tad gaudy in a historical theme. The mattress was very soft for our liking (nobody's fault) as my wife and I prefer a firm one. Lastly, A nice place to stay overall, but too expensive for what you get for you hard earned money.

I gave this five stars, not because the room was outstanding, but because the experience was outstanding. The room was meh - the facility is quite old. We were next to a communal bathroom and it was loud whenever anyone used it. We had our own bathroom (the en suite option) and recommend that.||Now the experience: The lodge is located in the heart of downtown Frisco and is run as a bed-and-breakfast. The amenities included a wine and cheese happy hour every night and a nice breakfast in the morning. The ambience is such that you end up meeting other guests over happy hour, over breakfast, over playing a game (scrabble?) after you return from dinner (multiple restaurants are located a stone throw away). The staff were super friendly. ||If you want to stay in Frisco, this is a nice and cozy place to stay.

I cannot fault anything with my stay.||It was exactly as described. No it does not have super high spec bedrooms and bathrooms. The bed was very comfortable and there is everything you need. ||This is a charming property with history and tradition.||The staff were amazing and very friendly and helpful.||The breakfasts were all unique and lovely. Happy hour drinks and food were very nice to enjoy a relaxing late afternoon and meet other guests.||I would say this is a unique opportunity not to be missed for a stay in Frisco.

This is a true bed and breakfast! Great service and good company with guests. The Frisco Lodge is an authentic Frisco experience. Also a short bus ride to 4 different ski resorts, closest to Copper Mtn. This was our 2nd time staying at the lodge. We stayed for 2 and a half weeks. They made us feel right at home.

Quaint, sweet little place on Main Street. Comfy bed, super comfy pillows, and a bright room. The breakfast/hangout rooms in the main building are cozy and comfortable. The staff was super nice. Breakfast was delish. thank you! We will be back!

Pulled into Frisco around 6 pm after driving for 8 hours. We found the Frisco Lodge right on Main Street, walked in, and was taken back to the 1800's. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. It was 14 degrees out, and my wife and I were pretty tired. A sip of Wassail and a bowl of homemade soup with some homemade cookies, and we were fine. The room was perfect, clean, warm, and just what we needed. Breakfast (included) was also very good. We met the Owner, Susan, and her staff. This home has a lot of history, and the family has spared no expense in taking care of it! We can't wait to go back! The location is also 2nd to none. Stay here and Ski Breck, Copper, Keystone and Vail - just a few min away.

Good place to stay in town, but some things to be aware of that are different than you might expect at price point/ avg Trip Advisor rating. Comfy bed. Very convient! Breakfast was basic and on the low end compared to a typical B & B breakfast (better food options close by). Shower needs to be regrouted to remove mold. Coffe maker in room very dirty. Included pic of Hot Tub area in case that is important to you so you are aware of location, surroundings (i.e view is of parking area). Also, be aware that the main building is the original lodge on Main St. There is another "north lodge" with more rooms. This is newer bldg that is set up more like a two-story motel with off street parking in front of each room. Pic is view from upstairs room in this bldg.

Very convenient location. Beautiful building. Reminds one of staying over at grandmas house when you were young. A most gracious staff deliver a remarkable breakfast. Only regret was not staying longer, looking forward to rebooking a longer stay.
