Excellent family friendly gym. Highly recommend. Everything you need from incredible kid care, classes, variety of equipment both cardio & weights, clean, friendly staff. The Y offers a ton of kids activities from soccer, basketball to parents days/nights out (aka pizza & movie party for the kids). Exceptional gym! Wish I found them sooner.

Only for child watch and coffee no showers
Gyms tiny and cramped feeling even with few people inside.
8am-1pm and 5pm-8pm child watch hours
People were nice just don't go try to check on your kids or they'll think it's time for them to go because they lock the door behind everyone so there's no way to just go walk in to say hey I'm here for my kid. They just walk to the door with them.

Great gym! The staff is friendly and helpful, and they keep the space clean and organized. There’s also a good variety of classes. I am especially loving the yoga and barre classes because the instructor makes it enjoyable and challenging! Overall, a fantastic place to work out!

Good gym but no one seems to be aware of others trying to work with the machines. People sitting at machines on their phones. Others leave their bags at one machine and walk to do another one. No regard at all for anyone else but themselves. Will be a reason I stop going and will let others know as well.

The classes are great. The facilities is always clean and the machines in good condition. What is the highlight is the childcare. The workers are so good with the children. They always have activities planned. There is also an outside play area.

Phenomenal YMCA - staff are incredibly kind, supportive and understanding of unique circumstances. The facilities are clean and provide exactly what’s needed to maintain and improve your fitness. Will always recommend and utilize this location before any other gym when in the area.

The facility is clean and the machines are well kept. The employees at the front desk are very nice. Frisco Family YMCA is very family friendly and you can all work out together as a family. If you are a member you can get a discount on camps for your kids. The membership cost is well worth the benefits of this facility. I recommend Frisco Family YMCA 100%.
