A beautiful people nice place
Frisco Family Services was such an amazing
Experience for me the necessary steps to come in office and set an appointment with A case manager. everything required for them to review my case and met with my case worker about A week from my initial conversation with their office. The day after I met with my case worker I was approved . I thank all team in the office they so nice, am forever grateful. I was even blessed . Frisco Family Services, for helping ours community.

This place is a nightmare! If I could give zero stars, I would. These people play nice and try to seem like they wanna help but they’re not an interest of helping anyone with my skin tone maybe. I’m starting to feel racially profiled due to the fact I have sent neighbors there along with friends that are a different skin tone then I am and they revived the assistance with no hassle. I came to you all back in January for utility assistance and you said the pledge was sent to Coserv so I’ll be protected from any disconnection and possibly fees however I had to call coserv and discuss that with them. I did and of course the pledge does not protect from fees so I swallowed that pill accepted it and paid until the check arrived to Coserv in a 2weeks time frame. No check was received to Coserv so I gave it 3 weeks…we get into February and still nothing. I contacted coserv and verified with them as well and they said nothing was there but I had a pledge that was good until March 9th. They also advised that they should have received the check by the 3rd week..if not then the check would be considered lost so to reach out to the organization (YOU GUYS) to find out what happened. The lady named “Gloria” I believe continuously gave me the runaround to the point I just hung up in her face. I’ve now Let time go by to let the check be received and everything to take it course here we are now march 17 and still no check was received. I spoke to CoServ and they said that the account showed no check received zero balance in my amount was still owed but now the pledge is now expired because that was only good until March 9. I keep calling and not getting any assistance. I don’t understand the point of even coming here. If you go here, I highly recommend that you are not completely behind on your bills because they’re gonna leave you on your ass if so. Thank goodness I’ve been able to cover myself all this time

Our regular donation spot in Frisco. They do amazing work w dedicated staff and volunteers. Their pantry, store, the choice of fresh foods, produce and packaged foods are great. Very neat and organized store.

I went to Frisco Family Servicefor assistance for rent. I had changed jobs. I would not received 1st check until after rent was due. The case manager advice me she would not be able to approve me because they were done assisting individuals with December rent. Now they are only doing rent for January. I took off from my new job early to get assistance which ended in a waste of time and energy.

This place is a joke ! Listen to the comments and DO NOT COME HERE. You have to go in just to apply for the assistance once you do you then have to wait ANOTHER 3 weeks. They make you come 15 min already to secure your appointment when they already call a day before to confirm over the phone. They made me wait 45 min PAST my appointment time just to tell me I’m not approved because my “crisis@ isn’t good enough. The government needs to look into them IMMEDIATELY

I called Frisco Family Services to see if I could get help with food. They told me I would need to bring my lease and drivers license/photo identification. I show up with both and got turned away because I am on a month to month lease. I am a struggling single parent who can barely put food on the table for myself and children and you turn me away because I’m on a month to month lease! I was disgusted and upset! This food is being donated to help families provide a meal yet because of a lease not being term affected that? Texas government and whoever is in charge of Frisco Family Services should be ashamed of turning away families from being able to get donated food to help feed their children! You will not be blessed. Frisco TX is the worst!!!!!!

Frisco Family Services was such an amazing experience for me, I reached out to them due to me entering an unexpected hardship and they provided me with the necessary steps to come in office and set an appointment with A case manager. I gathered everything required for them to review my case and met with my case worker about A week from my initial conversation with their office. The day after I met with my case worker I was approved for rent relief. At such A rough time for me this was A true blessing to be able to receive help on my rent hassle free. Isabelle and the front desk rep Teresa were extremely helpful and kind during this process. I am forever grateful. I was even blessed with A gas card upon approval. Thank you, Frisco Family Services, for helping A single woman in need.

I reached out to them and got lucky. I got an appointment within 4 days and got approved for assistance. Special thanks and shout out to Maribel who worked tirelessly and diligently on the case making sure payments are processed in a timely manner, communication was always prompt and efficient. There is always a huge difference when you know someone cares about what they are doing.
