The front staff is not clear about the policy about 24/7 access.
The facilities are generally well-maintained, and the ambiance is enjoyable for those who love the sport. However, one drawback is that there are not enough courts to accommodate the demand, and as a result, they are often fully booked. This can be frustrating, especially during peak times, as finding an available court can be a challenge.

I haven’t played badminton in over ten years, but I’ve been itching to play again. Stopped by this place recently and I was pleasantly surprised with how big the facility is, they have a lot of courts. The only problem, even though they have a ton of courts, surprisingly they were also a ton of people waiting in line to play. I didn’t realize badminton was this popular in Texas, I need to find a time to go when it’s less crowded.

I recently purchased a 10-day pass at this badminton facility, but I’ve had a very disappointing experience. After using the pass only twice, I misplaced the ticket. When I reached out to explain the situation, they refused to accommodate or offer any solution for the remaining days on my pass. I understand the importance of their policies, but it feels unfair to lose all the value because of an honest mistake. It would be great if they had a better system, such as tracking passes electronically, to avoid situations like this. Unfortunately, I feel like I’ve suffered the entire loss with no support from their side.

During weekdays 5-9 PM and Most of weekend hours , more than 50% of courts are reserved for training. Remove another 30% for private events on weekends. Your membership only gets you admission but no guaranteed courts.

Even if you take their highest tier membership, most of the courts are blocked out for paid training.

They never communicate on events when courts are occupied for events and training. Situation has worsened in the last 1 year.

I was strongly encouraged by my friend Balakrishna Rangam, who has already referred nearly 11 people. I visited today as a guest and plan to subscribe to a monthly membership afterward. However, the front desk should be more considerate of customer needs when converting a guest pass to a monthly membership. The staff member seemed quite reluctant to accommodate our request. That said, the courts were excellent, and I would still recommend them.
