I have been a parent, volunteer, and board member for many years with Friends for Life. This charity has continued to grow because of the people who work to make sure clients are treated with respect. You can trust them to take care of your family members needs if they are unable to do so themselves. FLL continues to build programs that protect and care for seniors and adults with disabilities. There are so many scams out there that take advantage of the elderly and disabled. It’s good to know there is a trustworthy service in our community.

I am grateful for the work being done at Friends For Life. Growing old without a safety net is scary! Friends for Life is able to step in provide help when others cannot. Inez and her team are compassionately committed to their service to elderly adults and adults with disabilities. Waco is a great place to live. It’s an even better city having Friends for Life looking out for some the most vulnerable in our community.

I Love Friends For Life here in Waco. They made my Christmas the best I've ever had now that I am a Senior Citizen and then they came along and gave me a birthday gift which I wasn't expecting. That's what we need in this day and time. Just a little love and kindness for us who are knowledgeable and wise.Thank you for this organization 💗

They are a shady service. My friend can't hardly use his card to buy anything or get cash from it. When he wants his money he has to jump through hoops to get it and when he asked to speak to a supervisor about his case worker they laugh at him or suspend his card.

Apparently still in operation -most recent review 2 weeks old. Moot point though as they don't answer their e-mail. I attemped to e-mail them because they are reputed to coordinate volunteers. In the past this included help with meeting medical appointments. I Will Likely Need One-Time assistance with day surgery and follow up. The hours involved are such that the limited local providers would not be available. I have ample money to pay for a very reliable person willing to get me to a local hospital, stand by and then take me to a follow-up- mid day. I figured $200 would about cover it.
THE COURTESY OF A REPLY would have been appreciated but was not forhcoming. I went elsewhere
