Free Hearts assigned me an advocate who was and still is an active drug addict caught her with a needle in her arm. The advocates drug abuse and lies cost me to lose two dogs and remain locked up after given bond because she was unable to do her job due to being a drug addict (at this time I was unaware she was a drug addict). Free Hearts mission statement is to keep families together, my dogs are my children.

I reported my advocate to Dawn Harrington and Alex Chambers who both brushed it off as if they already knew, keeping the advocate as an employee and abusing me further by pretending to offer help to me when they never intended on helping me so they ghosted me.

Truth be known all of the leaders at free Hearts are all probably drug addicts the way they act and treat their clients.

Free Hearts lies are obvious and easy to prove.

I intend on taking legal action against Free Hearts.

Free Hearts [founders, founding members, and staff, Dawn H., Alexandria C., Aniya W., Angela H., Leslie C., Jawharrah B., Gicola L., (Ronnie H., Keeda H., and Lauren L., Shakia B., they have grown by 4 leaders since this review)] has been changing the lives of those women, girls and families impacted by incarceration since Januaru 2015. They have recently taken on the criminal justice system and its injustices imposed on the people, by storm by creating and implementing new laws such as The Primary Caregiver Law which went into effect July 1st of 2019. Currently, they have organized a statewide tour across Tennessee pushing to end the criminalization of poverty with issues surrounding the suspensions and revocations of driver's licenses for the inability to pay costly fines, fees and child support. I would say that, Free Hearts is definitely building up momentum and power for the people and for that, they should be taken very seriously. Be on the look out for a FREE HEARTS event coming near your town!

Free Hearts has been my hope for pushing forward since i was released this year. They go above and beyond to truly make a difference inthe lives of those formerly incarcerated and the families and communites affted by such injustices. They are uplifting the next generation of community leaders and those stigmatized by being formally incarcerated. Creati g new starts and second chances
