When we were invited to an upcoming wedding, I told my wife I would only go if we took dance lessons. We'd taken some group classes before, and she hadn't like them, so I thought I had outsmarted her.
She surprised me by choosing Fred Astaire and a couple on private, introductory lessons. Well, here we are almost half a year later and we're still going and having a fantastic time. The instructors are all top-notch - I've never felt self conscious or embarrassed, despite having two left feet. And I've actually learned some dance steps!
I would highly recommend this dance studio. We've had lots of fun with every class, and again, the instructors are simply fantastic. We love going to the group party as our date night every Friday. If you've read this far, you should definitely check it out.

My wife and I came to Fred Astaire Clear Lake 3 years ago to learn some dance steps for an upcoming cruise. 3 years later, we are still dancing and now competing as an amateur couple in Fred Astaire dance events! We have found a wonderful dance community at Fred Astaire and made great friendships with student and staff! The instructors are very knowledgeable, talented, and fun. Fred Astaire Clear Lake is our home away from home and we highly recommend the studio.

My wife and I started taking classes in November as a date night activity. The experience has exceeded what we would have imagined. Caity is super helpful with arranging the classes and what to expect.

The instructors, Debbie, Ollie, Idriz, Xochitl, etc are all super fun and happy to meet us on our level. We are not there for the competitive aspects, only to have some fun and learn a skill that was way outside my comfort zone.

If it is something you can afford, go for it. It's really hard to not have a good time there.

I can't say enough great things about this Fred Astaire Dance Studio in Clear Lake. All the instructors are Champions/Award Winners and are so talented. They make each technique easy to learn and achievable.

Celebrating 2.5 amazing years at the Clear Lake site! This has been the most fun I’ve had dancing in years. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between professionalism and pure enjoyment.
