So I checked my son and myself here, and the rooms were fairly clean. I made a $50 cash deposit. I called at 10:15 am for late checkout until 11:20am. The gentlemen said, "Of course, that's fine, but no later than 1130AM." So I checked out at 11:20 once I returned. I went to get my deposit, and the guy left, and the lady told me to come back tomorrow. So I went back the following day. The lady yelled at me and said it was too bad u checked out late, and I'm not giving your deposit back. I WAS SHOCKED!! she said anytime after 11AM, no one gets deposit back. I told her I called and spoke to her coworker, and he approved saying it was fine bc I was working. She then called me. A liar.. every dollar counts for me. If she only knew my circumstances, maybe she would have given it back. But I owe her nothing, but for her to know, SHE DOES NOT DESERVE HER JOB AS CUSTOMER SERVICE. LET SOMEONE ELSE HAVE HER JOB WHO CARES ABOUT CUSTOMERS AND REVENUE.
