As somone who worked here for a couple years and have been a patient for longer, I can tell you this office does what they can with the lack of providers available. The providers are amazing for the most part and do what they can to help, always, even when things are chaotic due to staffing issues (which is not just an issue in Humboldt, but everywhere.) I have always been well taken care of and listened to, and if I had any issues, they did their best to resolve it. Having worked in the office for multiple years, I can tell you the staff works their butts off and not many people understand or can handle the situations the staff is put in or the way patients can speak harshly. I think this office works hard and really cares about people.

This is one of the only doctors office that I felt listened to me. The therapist I had was wonderful and the doctors seemed to be pretty genuine and wanted to help.

I like this clinic a lot. I was frustrated finding a clinic with care providers that served my area and I have been very satisfied with the quality of care here. In house labs are fast and easy. Referrals are a breeze. And every staff member is courteous and professional.

Awesome staff and my Dr. Is Fanette she's caring, she puts in the extra time with her patients if needed that includes her Community doing house calls for the elderly or homebound patients after working at the clinic all day... The new clean building is outstanding.

I have never had to wait for more than 10 minutes for medical or dental. Everyone is really nice. If they aren’t, they are usually gone soon. Dental receptionists are bilingual. Lab is handy and phlebotomists are good! I noticed all the bad reviews were written years ago.

Update: I still love this provider! I see some bad reviews, but those are all people who are disgruntled due to their own lack of diligence.

Definitely hard to get it, but that's the price we pay to live in a beautiful place. Staff has always been super friendly, and I've never had a bad feeling about anyone I've ever had contact with. On the phone, in person, they are all very nice and kind. Waiting 6 months to establish care was stressful, but they have really put alot of time into me. They care about people!

Careful when dealing with this provider. Immigration medicals are overcharged (quoted $850) and they were very eager to set the appointment. No information about current license. No flexibility in regards to time, and extremely unfriendly on the telephone after cancellation. Just hung up on me.

I was able to get in after three months and my medical care was great. However I mainly signed up to use mental health services, and they only have ONE counselor here. He’s wonderful- but he has a wait list of three months. Plus, you’re only allowed 9 or 12 sessions so it’s all short term. Disappointed to say the least on that front. Otherwise, my medical care has been great.
