Absolute trash. Only one lady was willing to help me. After the guy with glasses scheduled me for a ppm move when I told him I wanted the army to move me. Then had an attitude when I told him about it. If you’re getting out don’t expect these people to care about your move.

Tried calling weekly since AUG and same thing goes Rings and Rings non stop. Called the air force academy and get someone to answer but because i was army they cant help. amazing i call fort campbell by where i am currently living and they answer and try to help me the best they can. absolutley trash. now most likely out the money that i am owed for partially moving myself. with how this customer service is you wonder why the army cant keep soldiers

This office does nothing for you but give you paper with instructions on how to do everything by yourself. Once you submit your ppm paperwork they verify the information then give it back for YOU to email the paperwork to DFAS yourself. Why these people even have jobs when I have to do everything myself anyway is wild.

The service when I went in person was good but the second I left state on a PPM move it went to shit. I've called for the last 2 weeks and have sent 3 emails with no reply.

I don't trust Army. For good reason. Not only did they never tell me that "JPPSO" existed, but if I wanted a cash advance I need to submit a request two months ago. So rather than spend thousands on moving I stuffed my F150 XL with as much as I could and left a lot behind. And I was hoping to at least be reimbursed fuel, but JPPSO has gone dead silent. They don't answer calls, they don't respond to email. I'd go to their office directly, but it's 800 miles away now.

I have called a dozen times, at different times of the day with no answer. I do not understand the lack of assistance.

This is sad it really feels like they are trying to hurt people instead of help I got out in December and spent over a 1000 dollars to move back home been trying to work with them for 6 months still haven't been paid. It's honestly theft at this point. One month after move sent them every document they needed and it's been a long battle of trying to get them to submit my packet or get a response without them messing something up. If you are etsing take the advance or else you may never see any money from your move.

I filed my ppm 5 weeks ago, they didn't submit it because my weight tickets were jpg not PDF. A simple conversation they could do but I did it anyway and they said everything was good. That was 4 weeks ago so I called today and it still wasn't submitted. And all they can say is "I'm not sure how that slipped through our fingers". Can we please care about the debt that we force upon our soldiers.
