Good help and free but if for some reasons that are sometimes out of your control you fail your appointments, they simply cancel the services no matter what. Don't even try to explain yourself to them because they won't listen, they'll just tell you, that's how our system works and they'll send you a letter telling you that you're out.

The staff assigned to work with GAIN participants are wonderful. They are empatheric, warm, kind, inviting, and above all understanding. This makes a huge difference on how much a survivor of DV will commit to a service plan and will determine the level of open-ness and willingness to share individual experiences with other program participants. This is the only provider of services I can truly recommend to fellow GAIN program participants. ♥️♥️♥️
