My main complaint would be that I seem to have trouble getting ahold of someone on the phone at times at this office.

However as a whole, the food stamp agency here has been the reason I survived as a kid, growing up, and has even kept my children fed for a few years until we got off of assistance. For those reasons alone, I’m forever thankful and greatful that we have this resource available.

I do suggest that in today’s economy though, that the eligibility gross/net caps should be raised on all family sizes. A cap of 3000 for a family of 4 gross pay is wild to me.

They also always seem to have a weird way of tallying up your Mortage/rent and utilities with little to no explanation of how they got it, at least not one that makes sense.
