I came in the end of day without appointment at 4:30pm on Monday. They are still unloading me after their office hours! Very hard working people in this warehouse and super friendly & front desk lady!! Will work with them again!

Came to get food at the food pantry ( pharr area) and they treated me as if I am a beggar. Staff ( reception area, girl with glasses who gets your ID, the guy who helps you pack the stuff in the carts) are rude and have no manners. They should be more humble

We are having a hard time at this moment and I don’t need to feel like i am a beggar. I just feel embarrassed to ask them for food assistance

This place is the worst non-profit in the rio grande valley ,they make it extremly diffuct for a prrson in neec to get help, i went on their website and clicked on the veteran link and registered over 2 weeks ago , i even stated that i had mo food in the home and they never reached out , and what bothers me the most is i see brand new cats in line to receive assistance but a person with no car cant get help , its time to make an investigative report on this organization and post it pn social media , and share it with the companies that support it

Worst food bank in America!!! Someone needs to investigate this agency. Wheres the federal foods? This place is a sham. The program director needs to be fired and a new director put in place that knows how to keep inventory and provide real food boxes to us United states citizens. They have wasted more $ on security cameras and staff that sits around then keeping food on hand. Please everyone call Washington DC and complain.
