Dave was amazing! His services are top notch and yet really affordable! I don't know how he does it but I am so thankful we found him! Most places in town took days to get back to me and wouldn't even give me a quote on writing up a simple document without first agreeing to $450 per hour meeting to discuss further pricing! Absolutely ridiculous. Yet, Dave takes his time, looks at all available options and really counsels you on what different routes look like. He also has great perspective on things that could go wrong that most people don't think about. Do yourself a favor and contact Dave for future legal services!

My husband and I wanted information on estate planning. We were so surprised to learn that the long lengthy version we were prepared to do was not necessary. We left Dave’s office feeling so relieved to finally have this taken care of! And to top it off, he prepared the document and then notarized it right there. BAM done!!
I know what attorney fees can run and I’m sure some folks can pay that but we can’t thank Dave and his staff? enough!!

My husband and I attended a Create Your Will class at the Senior Center. The class description stated that we could complete a will in three to four class sessions. Each class was 1 1/2 hours long and was filled with information how to complete a will. Dave Kovach from Foco Legal Services walked us through every step. He is very knowledgeable, explained everything and answered all of our questions. He remained after class to be sure everyone got their questions answered, especially for those who wanted some privacy. He genuinely cares for each person in the class and works with them to get their will completed. Dave is also efficient and completed the draft of our wills within a week of obtaining our information. At the next class he had everything available for us to review, sign and notarize the wills making them complete!
To Dave we say THANK YOU so much for all of the information and for creating a class where we could learn about and complete our wills easily and in only two class sessions! You were very informative and interesting at the same time.

Listen. My grandma needed an attorney on a really short notice. She was in litigation against her son to get her property back that he wrongfully and sadly took. During pretrial the judge advised her to get an attorney, and he’s not extending the trial date. We had less than 2 weeks before trial. I had called every attorney around, but none would take it on in such a short notice. David came in and literally saved the day for us. Not only did he treat my grandma with the upmost care and respect, he took on an immense amount of pressure as the case was all over the place (family drama). Dave diligently studied our case, worked around the clock, countless nights, and the judge even ended up cutting our filing date & trial time! He really took on a lot lol. In the end this man freaking won her case! She 100% has her property back in her name. We couldn’t be more grateful for all the hard work Dave put into this. We were seriously beginning to think that she’d be walking into the court room alone, and potentially losing everything. We know it wasn’t easy to take on so much in such a short time. Great service for a senior like me who knew nothing about wills. Each participant generated a basic notarized will in just three class meetings. We provided beneficiary and other info in the first class, from which the attorney produced a document to be approved/edited in the second meeting. Last meeting the final will document was signed, witnessed and notarized.

LOTS of work on documents done behind the scenes by the attorney David Kovach. His lectures and and Q&A done at each class were hugely informative.

Dave is absolutely wonderful! I was in a legal situation with my ex who I owned a home with and he was able to help me get a settlement done and get me through the legal step necessary once my ex didn’t follow that settlement.
