F4M has given me a space to work out with my kids nearby. Consistency has always been my problem when it comes to working out, but F4M is fun, friendships are great and they keep you accountable; making it easier to keep going back. They cheer you on no matter your fitness level. I’ve loved all the classes pre, during, and post-pregnancy. I feel empowered each time I leave class.

I love that there are other moms in similar phases of motherhood or ones that have been through it and can provide advice. My only regret is not joining and committing sooner.

I love Fit4mom! I've never been the type of person to workout and stick with it, but I've been with Fit4mom for almost 2 years! I love to have been able to workout before, during and after pregnancy. I love how the instructors work with whatever stage of life you're in! My 5 year old loves the playgroups and has made so many new friendships, and so have I! I recommend Fit4mom 100%!!

Consistently working out on my own has always been a challenge. A friend invited me to my first class almost two years ago. I've been with them ever since. Fit4Mom Madison offers different classes at different times of day to accommodate the busy mom life. Moms are supported at all stages of motherhood. There are fun Mom Nights Out and play groups to help build community. They partner with local businesses and are growing to make exercising more accessible. I am very grateful to have found them.

I can't say enough good things about Fit4Mom Madison! My little ones and I love going to the stroller classes. It is a wonderful community of mothers and children. The instructors are energetic, caring, and pour their hearts into each class. I am so thankful to be a part of Fit4Mom Madison!

If you are looking for a great workout, fun friends for you and your kids, play groups, mom nights out, accountability, encouragement and relationships that will last a life time than Fit4Mom Madison is the spot for you! The impact that these families and friends have made on my life and the life of my family is something that I treasure! I knew from the very first time I laid eyes on this group that they were my kind of people and that I had found my village! Joining Fit4Mom Madison was one of the best decisions I ever made!! 🙂

I joined Fit4Mom Madison while on maternity leave with my youngest over four years ago and I can't get enough! Fit4Mom Madison is for EVERY mom through every season of motherhood, pregnancy and beyond. I wish I had Fit4Mom through my pregnancies and other children's baby years.
Workouts are for every skill level, with knowledgeable instructors to help guide and modify as needed. Classes range from early morning solo time to stroller classes with kiddos to evening virtual classes.
This is a no judgment, safe space with amazing mamas. Build relationships and friendships. Give your kids the opportunity for socialization and learning at play groups. Do something for you by going to workouts without kids. Enjoy Mom Nights Out, Book Club, and give back through various charities Fit4Mom supports throughout the year to help meet local needs in the community.

I love everything about Fit4Mom Madison and am thankful every day that I found this group 18 months ago. The owner, all the instructors and fellow mamas are so welcoming and supportive. There are moms at all different fitness levels and at all stages of motherhood. I actually cried after my trial class because I felt so reassured and validated. There are lots of different classes offered on all different schedules, and they are as challenging as you need them to be. I always leave feeling like a million bucks. But F4M is much more than an exercise group. They host playgroups, mom's nights out, book club, run club etc; and everyone just genuinely cares for each other. I highly recommend F4M Madison and only wish I'd found them sooner!

I love this group! Going to the workouts has been such a great way for me to make friends and get connected in a new town. Rebecca and the instructors are awesome at incorporating the kids and making sure everyone has a good time!
