Well my husband is going to make us switch banks again because of the one short fat lady with glasses being rude for, not the first time, but definitely the last. My husband left here yelling we will be getting a new bank to the manager and meant it! We'll be in soon to close our account and our sons. Thanks for the terrible customer service!

You guys here year my mom and dad with disrespect. You treat my dad as if he's some thief with the Mexican cartel from Houston and not a regular guy, at least that's what my mom was basically told by the bank manager. This was my first bank account. It would have probably been my only account for my lifetime. But I'm going to close mine when my parents do!
