I hate giving bad stars to business but this one. We had Noe Diniz help us close on the purchase of our first house Back in October 2024. We had a couple issues during the closing time included that he was gone for a week and when he got back interest rates were a lot higher, but the main one was that he called us and told both my husband and I that the approximate price for our monthly mortgage would be X and that it included HOA fees and insurance.
Well, turns out it was not true. We just got a bill with tons of late fees sent to us by the HOA and I’ve tried to contact him for over a week. He never answered, never got back to my texts. I called the office and they said HOA fees were left out of the contract. So it’s pretty easy to say something over the phone and then leave it off the contract once the deal is about to close. We we also never informed of it. Not only will we have one extra expense, a massive one this year since we paid double the price for late fees, but also we feel like we were taken advantage of as first time home buyers. If you decide to close with this company make sure you read and reread every single contract they send you and also and most important record the phone calls!!

Brad Chastain with First Community Morgtage is fantastic! He takes the time to explain different mortgage options in a way that's understandable, and works hard on behalf of his clients.
