My two brothers and I stayed at Fireside Cabins for three days in February. Lisa, the host, was welcoming and kind. Our two-bedroom cabin, which included a futon in the living room, was spotless and well-stocked with everything we needed. The gas-powered stove in the living room kept it warm and cozy. The kitchen had a sink, stove, microwave, oven, and full-size refrigerator with a freezer. Parking was available in front and on the side. We had a great experience and will definitely return. Highly recommended!

Just wow!! Stayed there for a weekend and had such an amazing time. We had a two bedroom cabin and it felt so cozy. Everything was super clean and neat. The whole place was well kept. Definitely nice to have a full kitchen which we used.

While the cabin was clean, number one thing on our list, it was pretty small even for just the 2 of us. The bathroom pedestal sink was pressed in between 2 walls with just enough room to turn around, but the rest was fine. The futon in the living room was old, hard and not very comfortable, but was really the only piece of furniture to sit on. The kitchen table was pushed into a corner and had to be pulled out to get at the second chair so could sit down. It was very noisy until about 3AM from the road noise due to the close proximity to the highway. TV was poor, stations changed everyday and list provided with channels was not even close to reality.|On the positive side, had a good location; onsite short walk to the river; excellent service; nice little heater; comfortable bed; nice porch out front.

Our cabin was so nice and the location is beautiful. Everything was clean and very well kept up. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. We loved it, would definitely stay here again.

This was the best night of our 8 night get away. The owners take immaculate care of the beautiful grounds and cabins. Super quaint- area for kids to do bag throw and other games, creek is beautiful with well kept chairs and table. Loved it!

We stayed for two nights ran out of toilet paper and had to go all the way up to the office to get it ourselves.. there was no trash bags either in the room the bed is uncomfortable!! And my deposit was kept because the trash was full which I wasn't warned about and whoever the maid is isn't comfortable taking out trash!! So that cost me a hidden $180!!!

This was our second trip to Pagosa Springs staying at Fireside Cabins. We have a family of 4 with two young adult sons. We stayed in a two-bedroom cabin. The cabin was cozy, but not too small. It was perfect for quality family time. The cabin was well equipped. I can’t think of anything that was missing. The cabin was immaculate!|We loved the front porch! The cabins were fully booked over 4th of July week. We didn’t notice any noise from the road or other residents. We did notice the sound of the river which was so relaxing! We loved relaxing on the chairs by the river and star gazing at night too!|We did follow the directions to keep the cabin cool as the temps were in the 80s. This kept the cabin cool during the day and chilly at night. One day, we forgot to close a window which resulted in the cabin being a little on the warm side.|The drive downtown was easy. Every morning, we went to different places for coffee and brought it back to enjoy on the porch. I had a massage at the Overlift Hot Springs Spa (recommended by the owner) which was fantastic!

Decent cabins but ours was way too close to the road so traffic noise was considerable. We didn't realize that when we made our reservations. The other thing that gets me is the $35.00 charge PER NIGHT for dogs. We knew about this ahead of time but since they have no daily maid service I don't see why that charge is for every night. We wouldn't stay there again unless we had a cabin in the back of the property and we weren't traveling with our dog.
