Previously there were no problems with trying on clothes, today we encountered rudeness, a male employee literally yelled at my friend for changing into HER clothes, when I asked what she should have done? the man started being even more rude. Moreover, the place for the fitting room is occupied by the personal belongings of the employees. I will never come here again!

This thrift shop used to be a great place to find good stuff. We shopped here for many years and even donated 1000’s of dollars worth of items to support them …

Unfortunately, recently our family was visiting the shop and had an incident that the store owner just couldn’t handle. My wife ended up sitting in an office chair which they had for sale and sadly had urine on the seat… it was so saturated that it soaked my wife’s pants… I could smell it so much it was hard to miss. My wife immediately went to a clerk and let them know. I watched the clerk/owner take the chair off the floor and roll to the back … then my wife and I left…

Later the next day my wife contacted the owner to find out how that could have happened what they could do to resolve the issue and the owner immediately accused my wife of lying about it. Essentially gas lighting her saying that it didn’t happen and that she was lying… This was such a shock to have the owner do this… he even told her she was not invited back to the store… this was such a traumatic situation for my wife as there was never any accusations or anything towards the store or its staff about it, just communication that the incident occurred and how to prevent it in the future… very disappointing that the owner would have such a reaction and not believe my wife…

Needless to say we don’t shop there anymore nor donate and suggest that others avoid this place also in the chance that someone may encounter something this disgusting as we did and get treated less than human by the owner…

This store deliberately sells fake Pokémon booster pack. The cards are fake and you will not given your money back. The flea market near by sells legit Pokémon booster packs.

I have been going here since it opened(I live in the area) and have known a lot the the employees and management. And have been told and I’ve seen the employees go through bags and I’ve seen it for years but since I’ve never been told to leave my bag I never worried now the 2nd to last time I came in they asked me to leave my cart with them and I was like “fine I’m taking my wallet “ and got a weird look for the girl and an “yeah you can do that”. The only reason I said yes to my cart is cuz it would be super obvious what they were doing but with a bag they can ignore it. So when I walked in today I was told I would have to leave my backpack at the counter with my wallet if I wanted to shop. Well No! And 2 if your policy is leave bags and carts at the back then why is it not posted? I will not be shopping there again

First time visiting this store. Andrea was very friendly, welcoming, and overall provided amazing customer service! I bought books and a few home items. Store has cold drinks and snacks for purchase. Also, they sell a bunch of brand new items like blankets, hats, backpacks and more. It gave me flea market vibes. I’ll be back another day.
