I took my sister for her bachelor party to the spa and it was absolutely amazing. They treated us with such kindness and spoiled us so much. The soak baths were amazing. My skin feels like it’s never felt it’s so soft. And my facial was just over the top. My face feels so much better and the ladies there are so kind. I highly recommend you go here. I was so relaxed if you need to destress if your body hurts, If you just need girl time. This is your place.

Family First has been my family's provider for years now. They provide exceptional, thorough, compassionate care to every individual they see. If they don't know or can't manage something they will send you to an appropriate provider/ specialist that can. They are a walk in clinic so sometimes there can be a wait but that is to be expected. I love Dedra, Sebrina, and their team! When you go there you're not treated like just a number to get in and out, they take the time to listen & fully explain everything if you have questions. Also, I recently visited the new spa side and it was just as amazing. They were friendly and provided top notch services and I will definitely go back for any self care needs. Everyone has always greeted me with a smile and helped me with anything I needed. If your looking for someone to trust with your own health or those you love you will find that here at Family First!!!

You don't see Dr White unless it's serious. They do not answer their phone after many times that I have called them. They faxed my medical records to a clinic I don't go to. They don't authorize fax prescription requests in a timely manner. I'm ready to go to another medical center.

While I can’t yet speak from my personal experience, on behalf of my friends who are regular visitors to FF and from my experience as a long-time social media follower, I can tell you that at Family First, the atmosphere is serene and inviting, you are greeted with warmth and professionalism whether you are asking their social media team a question, or walking through the doors of their establishment; their staff is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled and will walk you through each step of your treatment with care and expertise. Often in the rural south, we have to drive over an hour to a “big city” for an experience like this so I feel incredibly lucky to have this option available to us in small-town Alabama! If you want to feel rejuvenated and refreshed and do something special for yourself or someone you love, I cannot recommend Family First enough. Looking forward to my first visit so I can experience what all of my friends have been raving about!

These folks are extremely nice and attentive to your needs. I recently went her to be tested for Covid. There was a line outside, but they had a nurse going from car to car, and the test was done efficiently and quickly. I had results in about 15 minutes (negative, praise the Lord!). Other folks in my church have been here since the Covid pandemic started, and they are all very pleased with the care they received.
