Called and asked if they could remove and re-insert my Nexplanon birth control, they said yes so I made the appointment. Once I got back to the room, the nurse told me they would not reinsert. After waiting a while, a nurse practitioner came in and told me that they will not remove it either. Why the hell did I just spend a half hour here? I asked over the phone before I even made the appointment. I missed work for this, complete waste of time and money lost!!

This place barely deserves any stars. My three year old daughter stepped on a piece of glass which sliced the bottom of her toe. As I walked into the Emergency Room doors. We were not greeted or even acknowledged. The girl sitting at the desk continued to play on her phone didn't even make eye contact or even showed she cared. Smh what a great Healthcare worker!!! I spelled and pronounced my daughters name three times along with her DOB the girl still gave off negative energy to the point I see why no one Wants to even stop here. I hope she made it to the next level on the game she was playing that took most of her time at 2:30pm. Now I see why they call it the ANIMAL CLINIC

This hospital is horrible. i would not recommend this hospital. I went there with chest pain. The ER room is dirty, rust on the air vent. The Doctor or PA he is had to call another hospital. To ask what he should do. My daughter overheard the conversation. He wanted to send me to a different hospital. After telling him three times I was leaving. And going to Round Rock. He finally let me leave. An hour and twenty minutes later. I got to Round Rock. And they told me I had a a Heart Attack.

Warning if you had gone to this hospital don't go anymore they have been calling people up there for people who had played sick but not taking care of the people who are sick if you had anymore reports of the doctors checking up the people who want to play report the doctors right away it's not my grandma's fault it's their fault they should have told her to stop faking these last two months I was surprised and the reason why I saying 'was' because my granny was not going to doctor until two days ago and nothing was wrong with her if they mess with her again I will report them again.

I have never had such a great experience as a patient in my life. I was coming for a disability determination (to get X-rays on my spine) and I went in the wrong way. A lovely woman by the name of Gloria walked over and could see I was struggling to find where to go so she escorted me all the way to the other side of the hospital. I’ll forever be grateful to her, bless her. Ms. Meagan checked me in but she said no orders were sent over by SS (typical). I was so bummed from driving an hour one way to get there and running out of gas on the way that I started crying in the waiting room like a crazy person. Meagan got up, walked over and handed me a tissue and hugged me. That was the kindest thing a stranger has ever done for me and I’ll never forget it as long as I live. She went above and beyond talking to my disability case worker and getting her to send over the orders…,thanks to Meagan I was able to get my X-rays and get home to my babies. Thank you, Gloria and Meagan, for your care and kindness. I only wish everyone could be so loving to patients in the hospital. Bless you both.

My doctor told me he could only help me with one injury that happened towards my car crash. I had a DUI and was hurting under my chest and liver. Arms were burned from airbags and my finger was split open. Since he was so eager to dismiss me with a very poor attitude, I just refused any help at that point. He wrote on my discharge paperwork that all my injuries were from a different incident so when I stayed in jail I couldn't see a nurse for 3 days. I'm not out and went to different hospital, I have bruised ribs and my liver is inflamed. Got my finger glued shut and bandages for my arms. Don't recommend getting any treatment here. You're in the wrong line of work sir, I hope you address this kind of behavior towards patients.

Almost horrible!! Spoke to two wonderful gentleman last night that were super helpful regarding my elderly grandfather with pneumonia!!........
Then had to call again this evening, only to have to deal with a woman with an attitude!! I understand HIPA law and was only asking basic info.. But to not even be given basic info on an 81 yr old with diagnosed pneumonia,
congestive heart failure, and a low temperature (whether to bring to hospital or not).. Then (only to call Hillcrest after you couldn't treat him last time a few months ago with gallbladder problems!!) Why are you even a hospital!!! Ridiculous excuse for a medical facility!!
