Followed the instagram, finally got the chance to come eat! Ordered the hummus bowl and fries, falafel bowl and palisade peach topped lebnah bowl. So much great food, and tons of sauces to try. The falafel is tasty as my mom put it "I like the balls the best". I loved the little peach topping on the lebnah and the pita was so fluffy. A must try place if you can catch him in time. Worth every cent, cool guy and cool little place 🙂

I was so excited to try Falafayette, I've been looking forward to it all week, and was not disappointed! They're a food truck thats at K9 Romero's most days, check their Instagram for more info. The food was super fresh and authentic Israeli street style falafel, with all the salads. The owner is so lovely and kind, he really cares about the experience and the food and even threw in some extra pickles for us to try. I will definitely be back for more soon!

I have to say that this was the best falafel and hummus I have had in years. The falafel was crunchy and made fresh to order and was balanced so well in the pita with all the vegetables and sauces. The hummus was so smooth and had amazing flavor! Adam was awesome to talk with and could tell he is making everything with love and passion! We can't wait to eat at Falafayette again!

Adam is creating a magical vegan delight. We had the pita wrap, the bowl, and the hummus. All next level! I love the one man show. He pours so much passion into his craft. I feel nourished and with a real clean ingredient list. The hummus is out of this world special. Really nothing else like it in Boulder county. We took a large order of hummus home and will nosh on it all week. It’s fun even sitting at Romero’s in the old Sonic Drive in and ordering wholesome food and eating it in my car.

You guys have to try this place. It is definitely the Best falafel and hummus I have ever had. There are so many yummy veggies and flavors popping inside the falafel. It has turned into one of my favorite spots. A little slice of heaven in my mouth everytime. I am excited for my next meal. Thanks for making this happen.

We love Falafayette and Adam, the owner/chef! We've used Falafayette for catering and grabbed lunch at the truck - it's far & away the best hummus & falafel around & we're lucky to have it in Boulder County. Starting to crave it just writing this review!

Can I give 500 stars?! This is the first time that I've truly enjoyed falafel and hummus outside of Israel in 11 years! Falafayette is easily one of the best meals you'll have anywhere near Boulder, CO. And the owner Adam is hands down one of the nicest people you'll meet. Run don't walk to get some amazing food!
